We use this solution to provide storage and management of infrastructure, as well as application hosting.

We appreciate the fact that this solution will operate with both native and third-party applications. This has meant that we don't need to change all of our systems to accommodate it within our network.

 We also find the licencing model of a single cost to be good value for money.

Some of the features of this solution, such as the digital assistant, require extensive configuration before they are suitable for use. We would like these to be made more straightforward and to require less manual input.

We have been working with this solution for over six years.

We have found the stability of this solution to be extremely good in terms of uptime, availability, performance, and consistency.

The scalability of this product is good, and is actioned automatically when there is a spike in usage.

The technical support for this product is very good. The team respond quickly, and know the product features quite thoroughly.

The initial setup for this solution is very easy and straightforward.

The licenses for this solution are very comprehensive and, therefore, very economical; there is only one cost, and it covers all available features without any chargeable add-ons.

We would recommend that organizations evaluate this solution with a neutral mindset, considering their business needs above any other factors. This way they will ensure that the product they choose has features they actually need.

The most valuable feature of the solution is that it is a cloud-based solution.

The solution's reporting part is not good and needs more development. We get unpredictable errors when we use it. OIC needs to be developed because it is limited. For example, you can't make huge data migrations and data integrations with it.

It is hard to make a report because you can't use an SQL browser. All the other third-party products are not free, and you need to pay for them. Using Oracle's internal reporting solution for running SQL statements is a waste of time.

I have been using Oracle Cloud for two years.

I rate Oracle Cloud a two or three out of ten for stability.

Oracle Cloud is a scalable solution, but we have many performance problems. For example, when we faced an important performance problem, the solution’s scalability did not work until the problem was resolved. We waited for a month or two for the problem to be solved. Also, there are some problems with the service desk part of the Oracle Fusion.

Most of our clients for Oracle Cloud are medium-level and enterprise businesses.

I rate Oracle Cloud a six out of ten for scalability.

The installation is very easy. The time taken for deployment depends on the volume of the configuration. Generally, it can be done within one or two days. We have one SME and another person to support the SME in configuring the product. It is very easy to maintain the tool.

The product’s pricing is reasonable compared to other tools in the market. We pay a yearly subscription. Our clients mainly pay the initial license cost and the yearly subscription fee.

If someone wants to implement the product for a new client, they must understand the features and functionalities available out of the box. I would rate the tool a ten out of ten for the finance modules, but I would rate it a seven for manufacturing. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

One of the use cases of Oracle Cloud is that it helps use Oracle Database as a Service. In my company, the one database that we have on the cloud is supported, operated, and maintained by Oracle.

The solution's most valuable features are that it is easy to use and scalable. One of the best things about Oracle Cloud is that you need not worry about the underlying infrastructure it was deployed with since it allows you to increase the capacity with just one click.

If you want more CPUs, you can increase the overall number in your environment.

I don't have sufficient experience with Oracle Cloud to be able to comment on the areas where improvements are required.

Oracle Cloud is not a user-friendly tool. From an improvement perspective, I want Oracle Cloud to be more user-friendly.

I have experience with Oracle Cloud. I do not directly use Oracle Cloud, but I use the tool for a client of my company who uses the product.

The research and development team working at Oracle and Microsoft are doing their best to improve the product.

The pricing model of Oracle Cloud Platform is an area of concern. Oracle Cloud Platform should be made available at a cheap price.

I have been working as a senior account manager selling Oracle Cloud Platform since Oracle offers more than 90 products.
