I use it for uploading expenses at work; it's also great for miles traveled and expenses related to that sort of thing.

We love it. It makes submitting expense reports painless and easy as 123. So much better than trying to hang on to paper receipts and emailing them.

The app is great for being on the go: I love that I can be anywhere and take care of my expenses any time I want.

Seems minor, but it would be great if they flagged any expenses that are sitting there that are in danger of being too late to upload.

Seems stable — never had any technical hiccups which is unusual!

It seems to work for an entire global organization so I would say it's scalable. However, I'm not doing anything on the backend, so I can't be 100% certain.

I've used TriNet, and I've used manual spreadsheets. The corporate made the switches, so I'm not sure why.

Use it — it's great!

Expensify has helped to streamline the expense system in the organization. Every time I need to travel abroad, I know that I can upload all of the expenses with my phone and that I can classify their nature accordingly on just a few clicks.

• It has helped to be more organized and to be able to clarify the approval process for business expenses. 
• It has also made it easier since it is a cloud-based solution, we were able to get rid of useless papers.

The best feature has been the fact that you can upload the photo and the app will understand the numbers on the papers and you do not need to type the actual amount.

The product should have more notifications and alerts. It should alert you at dinner times, so you don't forget to upload your expense. Also, it should improve the currency converter. When you travel abroad, it records the expense on the exchange rate of the recorded expense, and it does not update it once you submit the final report to be reimbursed.

Never had an issue with the app. Seem to be working well always.

We did not use a previous solution. Before Expensify, we used to have to keep the paper receipts and present them on paper.

Yes. We were unsure about Expensify or Zoho, but we ended up going with Expensify due to the good reviews we had read.
