Really good in terms of content delivery and network bandwidth optimization
Using Adaptiva is really straightforward. Users need to have some end-user computing and networking knowledge to use the solution. The project or implementation team we worked with had good technical knowledge. I really liked the solution's performance. Adaptiva helped us with network bandwidth optimization and content delivery. Overall, I rate the solution eight and a half out of ten.

Has supported routine update requests and maintained reliable system operations
I think that the most valuable feature of Microsoft Windows Server Update Services is the update for Microsoft Windows Server, as we do not use any other tools, but I don't know if Office 365 is under Windows update services regulation; it is not in our domain because we use it, but other teams are responsible for this task. The key features or benefits of Microsoft Windows Server Update Services that have been most valuable in my IT administration processes are just the services for updating my Windows and Windows Servers, and as I mentioned, we don't use many applications; we just use it for Windows updates. Microsoft Windows Server Update Services supports our regular requests for reliable systems, and updates are part of the process of keeping those systems stable, reliable, and confidential.

"This solution is very scalable."
"Every time we need to install our security updates and critical updates, we use this software so that we don't load the bandwidth."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to check whether users working from home are on the domain or not, allowing us complete visibility of the endpoints that are connecting to our network."
"With WSUS, you can automatically install and distribute Microsoft security patches without using an internet connection for all clients and servers. It is not difficult to understand how it works and I think it's a very nice tool."

Cons

"It would be good if Adaptiva had everything on the cloud rather than having one server on-premises."
"While the product is generally effective, I believe the integration with other applications could be enhanced."
"Microsoft Windows Server Update Services could improve by being less cumbersome to use. It's somewhat difficult to use, but we manage to get through it."
"It would be good if it could deploy third-party patches or applications."
"The product must integrate with third-party applications."
"The only complex part was the solution’s tricky setup phase."
"The database could be improved. In large environments, for example, we often get problems with reporting."
"In the next release, I would like them to provide better connectivity. They must improve the connectivity between the WSS with Microsoft or the client."
