Though it is good for the analytics part, it needs to be made less complex for users
The problems we faced with Adobe Campaigns in my company stemmed from the fact that it was very complex software. In my company, it did not allow us to expose APIs to do the stuff we require in our company. The aforementioned area can be considered for improvement in the product.

Automation has streamlined processes while improved customization options remain a priority
Oracle Fusion Service has many challenges, as it's not easy in customization and for adding features; there's no access for the database directly. For example, we cannot create a database link. We need to pay more every time for customization or integration, and it's not easy like E-Business. I don't have anything specific that I would like to see in Oracle Fusion Service, but I hope it gives us more access to databases or makes customization and integration easier. My final rating for Oracle Fusion Service is about eight, as there are some modules not covered yet in Fusion, and I think they need more investment in customization and integration, or to make it easier.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It is a stable solution."
"The tool helps store and manage our data. I don't need to be a pro in SQL, but I can still run queries and get the exact data I want. Some workflows help me get data from any table and send it to any platform without expert SQL knowledge. I can still export complicated data anywhere."
"Analytics was a good part of Adobe Campaign."
"Customer service is very good and technical support is very good, especially once you learn the right language to get your requests heard."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is that a company can maintain all of its HR data without any issues."
"Oracle's strength lies in swiftly building and deploying enterprise applications globally."
"It's definitely a very stable product, and I work with customers who have more than 1,000 call center agents, so you can see how robust and stable this product is."
"Oracle Fusion's scalability and flexibility are its most valuable features."
"This is an excellent product; the development team at Oracle is constantly creating new better versions, and this product is an excellent application for customer service - dynamic knowledge management, ticket management, robust analytics and can be administered by a business analyst!!"
"It has provided a faster turnaround time. We were able to automate a number of transactional tasks and return that extra time to taking care of customers."
"Basically, it is a suite built for providing services; the ability to connect to the customers is a highlight here by making use of all communication modes."

Cons

"The problems we faced with Adobe Campaigns in my company stemmed from the fact that it was very complex software."
"The dashboard is perfect. The UI could be more user-friendly because the buttons are pretty small. Only someone who knows where to find them will easily locate them. New users might have difficulty finding options. Since I've been working with it for a while, I don't have that problem."
"Adobe Campaign needs to improve the UI because it is a bit old. Sometimes, the platform is a bit slow."
"Customer service is fair."
"The vendor must provide a user-friendly mobile application."
"You need good IT skills to run the system well, and it's not lean to manage, though it's flexible and there are many possibilities for desired developments."
"We built some custom code to make a few functions easier. Oracle needs to look at what the customers do and integrate them into the product."
"Customization for customers could be improved. I'd like to see the ability to deploy custom code for customization."
"The dependency on the dollar makes these products more costly during disruptions in currency parity, especially in countries like Pakistan."
"Social: The forums and cloud monitor are a bit clunky and frequently run into issues."
"Support is an area with room for improvement."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It will be a bit expensive because it is an Adobe product."
"The solution is cheaper than Salesforce. It is useful for small banks that want to trigger emails."
"Licensing fees are on the higher end and I rate them an eight out of ten."
"Oracle's pricing is quite high, and this cost can be a significant barrier, especially for smaller companies."
"Oracle Fusion Service is more expensive than Workday."
"There are no extra licenses, everything is included in the subscription, and the price is fixed."
"The product has average pricing."
"This is definitely an expensive product compared to others on the market."
"Oracle Fusion Service is a cheap and flexible solution."
"The tool is reasonably priced."
