Round-the-clock monitoring has freed our small team and improves our threat response focus
In terms of improvement for CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR, they just keep going full steam ahead. The biggest room for a house is the room for improvement, but as of right now, I don't have any complaints about CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR. Additional features that should be included in the next release of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR would be on-demand scanning. That is something we have to do manually. For instance, if a user plugs in a USB device, even though in our environment we have USB devices locked completely, CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR will still read those devices even though they can't physically access them. If it does find malicious software, those are manually done still, and that's per the SLA. I have had a few of those that have come up, but those have been few and far between.

Pros

"The most valuable feature of Falcon Complete is that it is a full security operations center (SOC) as well as a SIEM solution, and it is fully managed. Their security teams are working 24/7 and analyzing everything happening on all endpoints. They also take care of the instant response, which includes disconnecting endpoints, taking over the endpoints and fixing them, and ransomware protection. All of these things are most valuable because it is very difficult to get all the resources in-house to do all of that yourself. So, if you can leverage the experience of a global corporation with the best reputation in the market, and it is fully managed, that's the best."
"CrowdStrike has improved our meantime to closure on incidents by enabling us to have more contextual awareness for each of the detections, providing a much richer and broader scale of intelligence to each of the incidents and detections."
"The threat response from this solution is very comprehensive."
"The detection and investigation capabilities are my favorite parts of the solution, and it has good threat intelligence and threat-hunting features."
"CrowdStrike Falcon Complete is great, and if you go with this solution, I think that you should also obtain another service called Hybrid Analysis, the premium edition, because with this you'll get malware samples you can correlate and it will be a good tool for the SOC team."
"The solution is quite stable, we find it reliable, it doesn't crash or freeze, there aren't bugs or glitches, and it's been good so far."
"If someone is using the old Microsoft Office and the system is not updated, then CrowdStrike takes action on behalf of the operating system."
"The most valuable feature of Falcon Complete is that it is a full security operations center (SOC) as well as a SIEM solution, and it is fully managed."
"The installation was straightforward."
"Deployment was handled in an efficient manner and those responsible allocated to us their time for this task."
"It is a very scalable solution."

Cons

"CrowdStrike Falcon Complete could improve by having advanced features, such as SOC, and HDR. There would have been a lot of processes involved."
"I have found customer support to be fairly good but it could be quicker."
"Some processor utilization needs to be dropped because now Windows systems are consuming more CPU and RAM than earlier."
"The customization could be tweaked."
"In my opinion, CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR can be improved by reducing the requirement for us to build a lot of the policies ourselves, as it would help a lot if there were more of those policies out of the box that we can leverage right away instead of developing them over time; I believe there should be a common denominator of policy that could be suggested at implementation time."
"The simplicity of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete's content control and firewall management should be improved."
"It would be good if they fleshed it out a bit more, possibly with additional areas such as security awareness training. They could build that in. They're leveraging the same endpoint base that they have the security software on, but then they could offer a centralized portal or hub whereby someone like me could leverage it to track and put out security awareness training for people on all the common topics. I could have a centralized hub for everyone's results from that training and for the evidence that training occurred. It would be relatively straightforward, but it would add a lot for people in the compliance area. It would be a great expansion."
"As of recent, their MITRE scores were not as good as in years past."
"The only feature needing improvement which comes to mind is the need for better pricing for the licensing."
"Its user interface could be better."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"They are really reasonable for the services they are providing. When you add more endpoints, you are going to pay more for the license."
"The licensing cost for CrowdStrike Falcon Complete is fair, and I would give it a five out of five. You have to pay per device/user."
"At approximately €60 per machine, per year, I think that it's a good price point."
"There is a standard license to use CrowdStrike Falcon Complete."
"CrowdStrike offers solutions with the same functionality for both large enterprises and small to medium organizations with competitive pricing."
"The price of this solution is expensive compared to others solutions."
"While CrowdStrike Falcon Complete is expensive, it offers great features and functionality."
"While the cost is relatively high, it is justified by the value it brings."
"I believe there is a per-seat license"
"It is an expensive solution."
