Setup is straightforward from a business user standpoint but MAQL needs to be easier.
Cloud connect Report generator MAQL needs to be easier Better row-level security for end-users I've used it for nine months, mainly for implementation and delivery to customers. No issues encountered. No issues encountered. When the source is big and/or the source is Netsuite there are…

Daily invoice analytics has become streamlined and complex data modeling is now simplified
We are not using analytics features and possibly predictive analytics and forecasting features in QlikView, although they are available. QlikView is very flexible, but we are currently using only tabular presentation of data because that is what we need. Presenting a large volume of data in QlikView with graphics can be overwhelming for the majority of people who want to see a lot of information in one picture. It would be beneficial to have AI or ML features in QlikView. However, I think they will decommission QlikView, and AI features are already available in Qlik Sense, so you would need to migrate to that platform.

"Fast access to data Rapid development Rich graphic interface"
"It's helpful, informative, user-friendly, and pretty good for analysis, with everything accumulated in one place, easy view switching, and customizable, personalizable options."
"It's incredibly fast and can handle large volumes of data without slowing down our operations."
"Within QV, there are better analytical reporting features."
"On the positive side, QlikView's scripting is a great asset as it functions as an ETL."
"It is a really good package for your management reporting purpose, as you do not rely on IT support to add or revise any reports."
"It's pretty easy to deploy."

Cons

"When the source is big and/or the source is Netsuite there are issues."
"It requires a lot of RAM on the PC."
"It would be beneficial to have AI or ML features in QlikView."
"QlikView is a very heavy RAM utilizer (all strong BI tools are). When we hit around 20 concurrent users, the user experience began to suffer."
"They are coming up with a lot of improvements. However, the version control is not one of them, and it's not straightforward."
"We actually use QlikView, which does not allow easy-to-use framework management."
"Improvement in the graphical user interface introducing HTML 5 context sensitive drag and drop visualization responsive design."
"On the other hand, QlikView has some constraints due to the architecture, so it may not be applicable for millions and millions and millions of data records because it requires significant expenses for the hardware."
"There can be issues in terms of stability during usage peeks."
