Collaboration has transformed how our teams work and Copilot now drives faster daily decisions
The interface for the security and compliance center could be simplified. It changes frequently, which can make it somewhat difficult for admins to stay up-to-date on where specific settings are located. The compliance center modification or improvement of Office 365 needs to be introduced. The rest of the features feel acceptable to me. The reason it is not a ten is because of the complexity of managing the vast array of admin settings, which requires a specialized IT team. Even though it meets industry standards for decent security compliance such as SOC and HIPAA, the complexity of managing the admin settings needs to improve.

"The features I find most valuable in Office 365 include its user-friendly interface; we use Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for various tasks, and overall, it is helpful."

"Office 365 has greatly aided my organization during the COVID period by facilitating remote work, meetings, and scheduling."
"Office 365 has great possibilities for integration, such as single sign-on and the Azure part of it."
"It is a nice service that lets us share information easily."
"It is an excellent platform for teamwork."
"I find OneDrive valuable because I'm able to have all my documents in one place and I can access them from anywhere."
"Office 365 is a pretty stable solution; it is in the cloud, so I can use all the documents that I have anywhere I want."

Cons

"I think the navigation from project to project could be improved, but other than that, nothing I would add."
"Performance-wise, Office 365 needs a lot of bandwidth. The problem is, the solution requires very high bandwidth and internet usage. Meaning, the desktop application consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes, when the connection is slow, it won't work and it won't load. This is an area for improvement for Office 365."
"There is not a significant return on investment for personal use."
"It would be a fantastic opportunity if their solution could be used in combination with VoIP software, allowing you to combine VoIP software and Office 365 on a single platform."
"I would rate Microsoft technical support a five or six, as the support is not satisfactory."
"I would like to see better integration with Teams, and better usability with SharePoint."
"Sometimes the synchronization between the desktop and online is a little bit slow."
"Office 365 is costly for individuals and small businesses."
"Microsoft could improve their support; I don't deal with Office 365 or Office 365 application-specific issues, but I wonder if it's similar where you get someone from Microsoft to hold your case, which could take a couple of days, maybe a week in between when they get back in contact with you."
