I'm not working with any AI features in IBM Public Cloud, but they are in the process of building it.I am very satisfied with the security that IBM Public Cloud provides. I would rate IBM Public Cloud eight out of ten, where one is worst and ten is the best.

In terms of customization and requesting features that need to be enabled, the process is longer than ideal. As a user, I have very limited access rights to Salesforce Platform, which limits my capability. If a user were granted access to consume more features from Salesforce Platform and the system could show exactly who needs to grant that particular access, that would be a very good improvement. If I need to gain access to a specific feature within Salesforce Platform, it should point me to who in my organization manages it. If the system is able to tell me who exactly is managing it, I can get in touch with that particular user to understand whether I can gain access. This particular feature seems to be lacking, not only in Salesforce Platform, but in any CRM application.

Pricing and Cost Advice

"IBM has a lesser price compared to other cloud service providers like Azure and AWS."
"Pricing is not as fair as Amazon or Azure."
"We are using the trial version of this solution, so we have not paid anything."
"IBM Public Cloud is pretty cheap. They have an ongoing free tier that basically won't expire, so as long as your solution is small enough, you can have a test set that you can use for demos, which will cost you almost nothing."
"In order to be competitive, you have to commit to a contract for at least one year, but you pay a fixed monthly fee."
"The price of IBM Cloud is very cheap compared to competitors AWS and Azure."
"It pretty much has a standard price. There is no hidden price with IBM Public Cloud."
"The licensing fees are straightforward and predictable."
"The product's additional features can be expensive."
"I don't know anything about its cost, but I'm sure it has got a nice little price tag that goes along with it."
"Costly, but it is the top product in SaaS/PaaS. Pricing is more for large to enterprise level companies."
"It is very expensive. Its licensing is on a monthly basis."
"The solution is a bit expensive."
"The licensing is per user per month, which we took out a contract on a long time back. It's really an okay price for what solutions are available and for how many features and what kind of functionality you get."
"In general, the price is an area where there is always room for improvement."
"The cost of this solution depends on negotiations. It is somewhere between expensive and reasonable. There is always additional costs for consulting services. It's the kind of solution that requires consulting, but it is not a licensing cost. It is a consulting cost. It is CAPEX versus OPEX."
