Password manager has strengthened daily device security and has simplified secure sharing
While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments. Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management. Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.

Improved user experience with seamless integration and easy installation
The feature that I mostly valued is the ease of installation on different systems, especially on Windows. Additionally, it is very beneficial for deploying single sign-on sessions between different windows on a web browser, provided I am connected to the right identity provider. That seamless integration significantly improves user experience and efficiency.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"With Keeper, I can access the information across just about any platform which really makes the product invaluable."
"The possibility of assigning information to different groups and individuals has been the most valuable."
"Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has impacted my organization positively because it is better to have your passwords recorded in a vault where it is more secure than just having it elsewhere."
"Both the stability and the scalability of Keeper are great."
"Keeper allows you to manage credentials in an organized way, with a secure password generator that incorporates random creation tools and good security practices, which allows for an easy, quick, organized update and sharing with a work team."
"We are more organized and know that our data is protected."
"I use Keeper every day, all day long for personal and business use to store and remember more than 100 passwords for the various websites I work on and manage."
"Stronger passwords are being used across the board in our organization."
"You definitely need to consider CA SSO; it is quite solid, it's never really gone down, and it's a well-understood and reliable piece of our enterprise."
"We're able to have one single centralized way of logging in when you have shared sessions across all applications."
"Once it works, it works really well."
"The most valuable feature is the integration with the Active Directory."
"The most valuable feature is that it meets the requirements of the customer. You have a lot of features in the product. Every product has them, but the question is, are these products going to meet the requirement of the customer?"
"Whatever you're considering, this is a good solution."
"All of our applications get a point, click, and you are in, while we increase security at the same time."
"SSO is a very robust application."

Cons

"The organization of items needs improvement. For example, when I log onto the cloud version as well, everything is shown on my folder. It is hard to differentiate between files and documents in my list of items I have stored inside."
"The password rotation feature could be improved."
"I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved in SSO management, which is a little iffy at times."
"There were some political issues between account managers over there."
"Keeper does not provide password management for mobile apps."
"Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections."
"I rated Keeper Enterprise Password Manager a nine out of ten because occasionally the KeeperFill app does not function as it should and forces users to manually retrieve the password out of the vault and enter it manually."
"Being able to import from other password managers directly."
"The support team could work on their response time and overall competence."
"One of the features that needs improvement is the capability of implementing single sign-on in cloud."
"I'd like to see the federation piece made a little simpler."
"It's difficult to configure, and has a very old and challenging user interface."
"It was complex and not at all straightforward. They really need to work on this."
"The policy store configuration, and tuning the policy store is a bit complex in ensuring it does not corrupt."
"It may be a good product, but I'd advise staying away from customizing it."
"I would like to see more usability; more customer usability."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Its price is reasonable."
"Pricing might be a little less, but with promo codes and family plan - best offer"
"The more users, the better the price. Always opt for the live support."
"Free works unless the paid is absolutely necessary."
"Its cost is relative to the value of the information stored in Keeper."
"It's definitely worth it and affordable. Their sales team can definitely help scale your needs on licensing and provide pricing options."
"We chose their optional annual subscription; I believe we paid monthly — I thought it was a good deal."
"ROI is hard to know, but it has to be several times the expense of the product."
"Symantec Siteminder is expensive; they could definitely do better on the price."
"The solution's pricing is competitive."
"I recommend conducting a PoC on every available product before choose one."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"CA solutions are generally expensive but for the customer the ROI is big."
"Siteminder is a little costly. You pay for licensing, and they offer packages, so if you have less users, then you have to buy different products at different prices. If you have more of a user base, then the package is different. They also include other features—for example, if you have a database and you're using Siteminder, then it's good to use a Semantic-specific database, but if you are using less, then you have to purchase the database separately. Whereas if you are going for a bigger license, then it comes within the package. It depends on which plan you are using."
"The licensing is fair for this solution."
"The price is quite comparable to the other enterprise-level solutions in that market."
