Reliable mobile platform has delivered accurate retirement data and reduces incident rates
The best feature Kubernetes Everywhere offers is the reliability feature, which mostly impresses me. What makes the reliability stand out for me is uptime and error handling; also, as I mentioned previously, it's providing reliable data, which is very important for us in TIAA because it is the retirement data that we serve, and we do not want to provide anything incorrect to our participants. As this is a 100-year-old company, we want to make sure our participants are given the accurate information, reliable information that they deserve. Kubernetes Everywhere has impacted my organization positively by being reliable as well as providing accurate data, maintaining the uptime, which is very important, and making sure we deliver the accurate data that is required by our participants. I have seen specific outcomes, with incidents having definitely reduced drastically from what it was a few years back; so certainly, I can see there is more than 25 to 50% reduction in the incidents since adopting Kubernetes Everywhere.

Automation has transformed complex workflows and has empowered non‑technical teams to build flows
Regarding improvements for n8n, I would highlight two areas. First, while there is a growing community, the ecosystem of pre-built nodes for niche or proprietary systems still lags behind some commercial competitors. I often have to build custom HTTP request nodes or create my own node packages, which is doable but adds to project timelines. Second, features for team collaboration and lifecycle management are still evolving. Moving workflows from development to staging to production can be a manual export-import process, and native Git integration and more robust user roles for larger client teams would be a game-changer. Regarding needed improvements, I believe much of the existing documentation is not peer-reviewed. There is definitely a big community, but if the documentation or tutorials were approved or at least had a badge from n8n, customers would feel that this meets the standards of n8n editors themselves, which would give more confidence in the flows.

"Kubernetes Everywhere has positively impacted my organization because the infrastructure, the deployment, and the management are very organized, and I do not have to worry about loads, server memory, or anything."
"Kubernetes Everywhere has positively impacted my organization because we do not require any tech background to make our web app work."
"Kubernetes Everywhere has positively impacted my organization by significantly reducing downtime; we have achieved almost zero minutes of downtime since implementing Kubernetes Everywhere in our organization after transitioning from manual deployments."
"Kubernetes Everywhere is easy to operate when you have a settled environment and easy to manage, offering high availability and fault tolerance with all high availability features, rich support of the latest technologies, vulnerability management, and easy management."
"Kubernetes Everywhere has positively impacted our organization by enabling us to focus on cost optimization and making our applications highly available and cost effective, such as using features for automated staging environments that are only active during business days."
"Kubernetes Everywhere is a very good tool with most of the features taken from Kubernetes open-source, and it works really well, is highly scalable with very low latency."
"I have seen specific outcomes, with incidents having definitely reduced drastically from what it was a few years back; so certainly, I can see there is more than 25 to 50% reduction in the incidents since adopting Kubernetes Everywhere."
"My recommendation is to start with n8n if you have any need for automation or integration, especially if you value control, cost predictability, and technical transparency."
"n8n is a really good automation platform where I can use it to automate my businesses and processes and also save money and time."
"n8n is very useful because it has saved a lot of people a lot of code and has brought us to a point of little or no-code development that has helped create a way that we are not fully dependent on those writing the code and trying to glue integrations together."
"We see roughly a 70% reduction in manual processing time on the document pipeline side, which means our clients can focus on higher-value audit and compliance work rather than data entry."
"The low-code interface and the quick code writing within n8n that we can do and utilize is very helpful; it brings in efficiency, better time to market, and actually helps us."
"The best features of n8n are its low-code capabilities with everything at your disposal."
"The best features of n8n are reading documents like Google Sheets and Google Drive, and especially the AI agent functionality, the Agent Mode and AI agent nodes, which I find very amazing, along with webhooks and HTTP nodes."
"I appreciated how n8n can be integrated with other services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and the automation tasks it performs."

Cons

"Although we have not seen a clear return on investment in terms of reduced personnel, we are already operating with a lean structure that aligns with our cost optimization goals, independent of Kubernetes Everywhere."
"At this time, I may not have any improvement suggestions; I want to explore more, so the features currently provided satisfy me, but if there is anything Kubernetes Everywhere can share with modernization, that would be great."
"Kubernetes Everywhere is pretty good, but it can be improved in terms of reliability and speed because currently, it takes around two to three minutes to deploy my entire app, possibly due to the weight of the codes I have or some outages from the platform side."
"I can think of an improvement for Kubernetes Everywhere in that it should be easier to use from a developer's perspective, as it involves a lot of infrastructure numbers and DevOps."
"Regarding pricing, setup cost, and licensing, running a Kubernetes cluster can be costly depending on the use case; however, running on GCP GKE is cheaper compared to AWS, making it relatively economical in our case."
"Deploying Kubernetes Everywhere infrastructure is somewhat difficult because there are many components that need to be deployed."
"The ingress issue is the main concern for me because I continue to face ingress-related issues most of the time."
"Customer support for Kubernetes Everywhere could be better."
"I feel that n8n is more coding-oriented, as it presents everything in a JSON format. n8n needs to update some features and ensure that everything is user-friendly."
"There are limitations in scalability."
"In my experience, n8n is not very stable, but it has the potential to be more stable."
"I don't think it is highly scalable, but it is scalable at a moderate level for companies which have 200 to 500 clients daily; the daily throughput is of 200 to 500 clients."
"They haven't fully helped tailor solutions for our needs."
"I think it is better if there is an improvement within the system, as sometimes responses are not being picked up fast enough and sometimes the system indicates whether I am there or not, even after I have given a response."
"n8n has a bit of a learning curve to it; you have to learn a lot."
"From my experience, n8n is stable, though the part that can be less stable is that you must stay connected to many APIs."
