Automation has streamlined processes while improved customization options remain a priority
Oracle Fusion Service has many challenges, as it's not easy in customization and for adding features; there's no access for the database directly. For example, we cannot create a database link. We need to pay more every time for customization or integration, and it's not easy like E-Business. I don't have anything specific that I would like to see in Oracle Fusion Service, but I hope it gives us more access to databases or makes customization and integration easier. My final rating for Oracle Fusion Service is about eight, as there are some modules not covered yet in Fusion, and I think they need more investment in customization and integration, or to make it easier.

"This product is one of the more stable cloud products I have come across on the cloud."
"Love the power of reporting and dashboards."
"It's definitely a very stable product, and I work with customers who have more than 1,000 call center agents, so you can see how robust and stable this product is."
"There is also a focus on maintaining efficiency, and it is a significant time saver."
"Previously, my clients used a smaller ERP system, not a major one. However, they have now transitioned to Oracle, which provides them with a more extensive range of options. Unlike before, it's now an integrated system that covers various aspects, including finance, supply chain management, and other functionalities."
"Creating a streamlined process from sales through to completion of projects has made an immense difference to our operations."
"WORKetc is a great tool; complex and useful; maybe even too complex with a lot of customized options."
"It is deceptively simple but remarkably powerful."

Cons

"When answer links are embedded within the ticket message threads, agents are taken to the customer portal; the development team should identify another option."
"Their mobile application for this product could be made more attractive as it currently has little functionalities."
"Oracle Fusion Service needs to improve its documentation part because we do not have proper documentation."
"You need good IT skills to run the system well, and it's not lean to manage, though it's flexible and there are many possibilities for desired developments."
"The user interface and user experience (UI/UX) need significant improvement, especially in the older on-premises versions."
"Delivering the solution to clients can be quite complex and requires highly trained technicians with expertise."
