For our strategic initiatives, the AI functionality is not useful because it cannot provide requirement-specific insights. It only gives an overview of the report. One major issue I face in Zoho Analytics is related to pivot tables. When using two text fields, such as client and project, with numerical data, sorting becomes impossible. However, with one text field and multiple numerical data fields, sorting works properly. I have escalated several cases for Zoho Analytics. In one instance, we needed a specific chart type that wasn't available in Zoho Analytics, unlike Power BI where new charts can be added. After multiple escalations, they provided a feature to add charts using JavaScript. Additionally, we have escalated the pivot table sorting issue multiple times, but it remains unresolved.

"It is able to create information dashboards for various users' throughout."
"Yellowfin doesn’t try to do everything – it is a BI presentation and communication tool, and it does it brilliantly."
"It is a central source of up-to-date data and information."
"Personally, I am completely satisfied with Zoho Analytics and it is definitely a product I recommend."
"Zoho Analytics is the best software for giving reports to customers and we can create any report that is required."
"As a product analyst, one of the best features in Zoho Analytics is its ability to allow stakeholders to access raw data for any kind of metric I've created, significantly reducing my dependency to share data sets repeatedly, saving a lot of time."
"The benefits I've seen from using Zoho Analytics include saving time; this is the most important benefit for me as I don't need to do my analytics or revisit a report repeatedly every month or according to the frequency of the requirement."
"The initial setup is straightforward."
"We are a hotel chain, there are seven hotels all over the country and Zoho Reports lets us collect important information without traveling or sending big e-mails."
"Unlike other data programs, Zoho was fairly intuitive and allowed us to get started on our work with minimal training."
"Scheduling of reports and dashboards is the most valuable feature of Zoho Analytics."

Cons

"It needs more presentation/charting capabilities and integration with GIS."
"The first release was a bit buggy, but they seem to have gotten on top of that very quickly."
"However we do not like proposed UI changes and find that in general as a vendor Zoho is rather unresponsive to feedback from its customers."
"One major issue I face in Zoho Analytics is related to pivot tables. When using two text fields, such as client and project, with numerical data, sorting becomes impossible."
"The support for Zoho Analytics is pathetic."
"I remember that cleaning up data was a challenge, and on several occasions we had to upload data sets again after making changes in another program."
"This solution does not support manufacturing facilities."
"There is a limitation that we cannot create more than 300 columns in a worksheet on Zoho Analytics."
"I find it very difficult to handle more than two subqueries or CTE, as I can only have one subquery in the SQL code."
"The customer service and support for this solution could be improved by faster response times."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"I would recommend looking at your usage and whether the Zoho One license model would work for your organisation. It is very cost effective if you use other Zoho tools."
"I don't feel that price is an issue for this product."
"It is very reasonable, and it gives me a good return on investment. Compared to other tools, it is the best choice in terms of pricing."
"An exact ROI is hard to calculate. However, we have definitely made sales that would have been much harder, or unlikely, as a result of the speed with which we were able to prepare comprehensive analysis."
"The product's licensing is reasonable."
"Zoho Analytics costs $ 4,200 per month, billed yearly."
"The price is high. The solution advertises that it provides products for 55 AED per user, but these products contain only the basic features. Most of the features are locked. The version of the product that includes Zoho Analytics costs around 199 AED per user per month."
"This solution is reasonable as far as pricing is concerned."
