DIGITAL CX is deployed in my organization through a private cloud because I am using it only on one of my accounts and no other person can access my account. The cloud provider I use for DIGITAL CX is AWS. My advice to others looking into using DIGITAL CX is to go for this product because it is the most important thing for reaching out to suppliers and customers. This is the best way to get all the information from the call. If you want more details or need email details or a number to reach out to, you can contact customer support with DIGITAL CX, and that is how you can get all the information and work on those contacts. My company has a business relationship with this vendor because we are sellers, not partners, but we have purchased the product. I would rate this product a 10 out of 10.
My advice to other people who are considering implementing DIGITAL CX is to define from the beginning all the departments or at least set up the extensions with the departments. From the beginning, organize and structure the digital receptionist so that as the number of users, extensions, or departments increases and the company grows, it can be much easier to continue completing the configuration of the digital receptionist. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.
If I were assisting a client in an RFI or RFP process, I would include RingCentral as a solution to consider. Overall, I rate the solution as nine out of ten.
