I have used UiPath Academy courses, and the main benefits I have gained from UiPath Academy include ongoing training and the use of new tools. By applying UiPath Academy training to a group of our developers, they specialize and they themselves spread the knowledge, making new tools easy to adopt. I do not consider that the Platform user community provides value or has been useful to me in any way. My advice to other people who are considering using UiPath Platform is that they complete all the Academy courses or dedicate a good amount of time to it in order to have a complete onboarding and understand the tools that can be used for the project they have. I found this interview to be slow in pace. I would like you to share a brief poem or a haiku that summarizes my opinion about UiPath Platform. I have given UiPath Platform an overall rating of nine out of ten.
I use Agentic AI, but we've recently gotten approved for it and are currently making certain proofs of concept. We anticipate many questions around governance and security regarding the use of Agentic AI, which is one of the main reasons I'm here to understand the metrics and parameters around risk and governance. I assess Agentic AI's ability to extract data points as very efficient compared to Document Understanding, though it incurs a lot of tokens, which poses challenges in a financial institution dealing with numerous documents. For example, handling a loan application with several documents requires extensive data extraction with Document OCR before processing it through Agentic AI, which can be costly in terms of tokens. Overall, performance-wise, it remains really efficient. I have realized time savings when extracting data with Agentic AI, as our recent proof of concept demonstrated that it eliminates the multiple stages involved in Document Understanding, allowing us to send information and receive responses within a couple of seconds, making it really fast. Currently, I do not use UiPath Platform's agentic automation capabilities such as Autopilot, as we're not permitted to use AI at all. However, I have exposure to Autopilot and see great potential in using coding agents and our approved in-house GitHub Copilot to expedite the development process. My overall impression of using UiPath Platform's agentic automation is that it represents the next level of development and can significantly impact the current automation industry. My overall review rating for UiPath Platform is nine out of ten.
We use the initial capability to convert requirements into test cases, and the second one we use is converting those test cases into automation. These are the two major capabilities we are using. Agentic AI's ability to extract data points initially needed human review since, when we started working with it, it was thirty percent accurate and required seventy percent human review. However, it has learned a lot, and now we trust the Agentic AI version at least sixty to seventy percent, which is a significant change we have seen. We saved close to eighty percent of the time extracting data points with Agentic AI because it takes away a lot of human effort needed to analyze the data. For example, if it is an SAP transformation, there are huge changes in understanding the Signavio or the BPMLs. The Agentic AI on Test Cloud helped us convert those Signavio and BPMLs into immediate business process scenarios based on our customer's business process, helping us kickstart our design faster. My team has used the vendor's UiPath Academy courses. The biggest benefits from UiPath Academy come from when we got into a new customer with specific requirements to utilize the entire Test Cloud. Initially, our team was only using automation, but with the academy, we accelerated our entire testing lifecycle, which is significant for us as there are multiple stages of test cases we create. We were able to effectively use everything through the Agentic AI version. The factors leading me to consider optimizing our approach included spending extensive time on manual tasks despite having automation capabilities. With UiPath Platform, we have seen a significant reduction in that effort, as UiPath Platform Agentic AI provides around ninety to ninety-five percent automation compared to just forty to fifty percent with our previous system. My advice to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is to understand that it is not just about adopting new technology. The adaptability, ease of usability, and how to engage business users beyond the user community are critical. It is important for everyone in the enterprise to start utilizing this, as quality and functionality are not just one person's responsibility in an organization. If the entire organization can adopt these practices, it will help scale overall productivity. I would rate this platform a ten out of ten overall.

Regarding UiPath Platform's AI capabilities, I think its accuracy and reliability of output depend partly on the client's data landscape and whether they have semantic layers for their environment and a single source of truth. UiPath Platform is not currently deployed in my organization because we are an SI partner. We have used UiPath Academy, and the biggest benefits I have seen from UiPath Academy are clarity around utilizing the platform. I do not have access to our certification list right now as it is far too large for me to think of any specifics. UiPath's user community is great. I do not currently use Aigentic Automation. I would advise others looking into using UiPath Platform to define their budget and use case prior to looking at the platform. I rate this review an eight out of ten.
My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to make sure to have your requirements clear when you begin developing your automation with UiPath Platform. My thoughts on UiPath Platform's user community are that it is good and helps to understand the application in a better way. We have not used Agentic Automation yet and do not have challenges we are looking to overcome by leveraging Agentic Automation's capabilities. I would rate this review a 9.

We do use Agentic AI. I assess Agentic AI's ability to extract data points very well. I think it does need context, and we have given it some context and some spreadsheets to help guide it in collecting data points, but otherwise, I would say it performs very well. We were able to reduce turnaround time extracting data points with Agentic AI from over 30 days down to less than 14 days, so we saved a lot of time. I do not currently use UiPath Platform's Agentic Automation capabilities to the fullest capacity, but we are looking into it. We have used the vendor's UiPath Academy courses. The biggest benefits I have seen from UiPath Academy are that it provides a lot of really good documentation about the different categories of things. For instance, it covers OCR technologies and the different prompt techniques and very clearly outlines the differences and similarities between them, so it is great documentation. The advice I would give to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is to do the work of understanding your business process before automating because just because something can be automated does not mean that it should be, and automating an inefficient process still gives you inefficient work. Doing the homework is important up front. I would rate my overall experience with this product a 9 out of 10.

The value I gain from being a part of UiPath Platform's user community has increased after attending the seminars, as I realized they are working on significant advancements including agentic technologies which simplify development processes. Using Agentic Automation helps in reducing time and accuracy challenges, specifically in selector tasks and reading check captures, making these processes easier. I recommend using UiPath Platform, as it helps businesses save money and reduce human efforts, making it an excellent automation tool. UiPath Platform will help the business save money and reduce human efforts. I recommend UiPath Platform to anyone who wants to use automation as the best automation tool. It is essential to understand the background of the person being interviewed, such as whether they are a developer, lead, or manager, as the questions should align with their expertise. Years ago, my thoughts on UiPath's user community were that we used to be more active in the community because specific questions were found easily; now with ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, all the answers are easily found there, so I do not use the community as often. We are just starting in the process of using Agentic Automation, so I do not have specific examples. I will tell others looking into using UiPath Platform to consider the overall ecosystem and compare with other solutions before they make any decisions. I have used the vendor's UiPath Academy courses only for the developers on the team, and it really helps in terms of training and overall catching up with new releases. My overall rating for UiPath Platform is 8 out of 10.

UiPath Platform has reduced human error and freed up employee time. Although I don't have the full metrics, overall, it gives employees freedom from tedious tasks, so it's a success. The people are happy that we are able to help them with these tedious processes and automate these different tasks. In terms of economics, we are not freeing a lot of people, but they are being dedicated to other tasks, which is also good for the company. We use UiPath Platform Academy courses all the time to get certified. It is a very good way to prepare for the certification exams and get an overview of the platform and even pick up ideas for the sales team. My thoughts on UiPath Platform's user community are that it helps us look at new and innovative ways to implement UiPath Platform and also sometimes helps us solve really difficult issues that other people have already addressed. So it's very valuable. The challenge with Agentic Automation that I experience is primarily security, audit, and data security and data governance. We're using Agentic Automation for many different use cases, such as the purchase process. My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to think about the future and how your use cases may grow, as that will help you define a strategy on what kind of products you need and what will help your company. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.
I advise anyone researching or looking into UiPath Platform to consider it highly, as it is a powerful tool. The introduction of the Testing Cloud is exciting and I believe that leveraging UiPath Platform for testing alongside automation presents a significant advantage. My overall experience using Agentic Automation capabilities within UiPath Platform has been very positive. I particularly appreciate the bring your own model feature, as we are a financial institution that cannot share many confidential documents with UiPath Platform's provided models due to the lack of contracts. Instead, we utilize our own GPT model and call its API for outputs, which has worked well. I look forward to IXP providing the bring your own model feature. My teams have used the UiPath Academy courses. The biggest benefits I have seen from UiPath Academy include the certification courses. I set a team goal as a manager for each member to achieve at least one UiPath certificate, and the Academy courses are instrumental in preparing them for that certification. UiPath certifications are important for me because as everything evolves, it is crucial to stay updated. When team members earn certificates, they gain a better understanding of the built-in features within UiPath Platform that they can leverage in their daily tasks. I am part of the UiPath user community. By being part of the user community, I gain significant value since if we encounter issues, I can first search within the community to see if others are experiencing similar problems. While we have our Technical Account Manager (TAM), the user community often serves as the initial point of support. The catalyst for implementing UiPath Platform specifically was a consulting company that specializes in UiPath and initiated our relationship with the platform. I rate my overall experience with UiPath Platform a nine out of ten.

I think there's a lot of benefit to being part of UiPath Platform's user community; it's a place to go and see if any questions I might have already thought about have been answered and then to move on with any troubleshooting I might have. I do plan to use agentic automation, which leverages people, robots, and AI agents to automate processes to address downtime. I am considering using agentic automation specifically to help address downtime in reconciliation. By leveraging agentic automation for reconciliation, I would hope to achieve faster processing. I have seen that the solution has reduced human error and freed up employee time in organizations I've studied, typically improving revenue in some way down the line because of the freed-up time that they get. There are a lot of extra workflows that they can now work on rather than having to be stuck spending a lot of time on one long, delayed, or long-timed-out one. I do not have any advice to give to others looking into using UiPath Platform yet because I haven't used it. I have given this review a rating of eight out of ten.

We are currently utilizing UiPath Platform at about 60 percent capacity because we are new to the tool and I have to verify that everything is correct before finalizing the automation. I have not used Agentic AI yet, but I am excited to see how I can leverage Agentic AI to make it more efficient. I would probably look into using Agentic AI for test data provisioning. We have a challenge with making sure that we have data to run our test cases. Manually creating and provisioning data is taking a lot of our time, so I would want to leverage Agentic AI to help propagate data into my test cases. I have used UiPath Platform's Academy courses. The biggest benefits I have seen from Academy courses include being able to recommend our junior developers and testers to go through those courses so that we do not have to train them. They would have the resources to really understand the tool and use it. This has been successful. I am part of UiPath Platform's user community, though I have not been using it very much. My overall rating of UiPath Platform is 8 out of 10.
The advice I would give to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is that it is affordable enough that they should go ahead and buy a year contract, test it out, and see if it works for them. If not, there is not too much sunk cost. I would rate UiPath Platform a 9 out of 10.
The advice I would give to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is that there are a lot more capabilities and features within it than where it started five years ago. It is capable of doing a lot more. I was a little bit of a skeptic to be completely honest. I thought there was a very limited use case for it. But after I stepped out of my previous role into the industry, I see a lot more that I think UiPath Platform is capable of doing. I have used the vendor's UiPath Academy courses personally. I cannot tell you if they use it at my current position, but at my last position, we used the academy. The benefits I have seen from using UiPath Academy are that it is great because it is self-paced and very direct to the point. It is very easy to just pick up. I have the software, and I am able to follow along the whole time. There are parts of the academy that I skipped because I was naturally learning while building something, and when I got stuck, I would go back to that specific part. The way the academy is indexed is really helpful. On top of that, the community, including the comments and everything when people are posting about their individual problems and use cases, having the community there was helpful, as being able to search and pull up a community forum on that same topic was super beneficial. My overall experience using UiPath Agentic Automation capabilities was pretty easy because I just had to point and tell people to do it. Once we got UiPath Orchestrator, where I did not need a desktop to run the code, that worked great. I had a core team of developers that developed the automation, shipped them out to people with UiPath Orchestrator, and then they were able to run them. The debugging aspect was a little tough at times. When we were shipping it out on company laptops with different APIs, there were a lot of issues with the selectors, and it was sometimes challenging due to the nature of different laptops and setups. My overall review rating for UiPath Platform is nine out of ten.

I use Agentic AI, but not extensively within UiPath Platform. That is what I am exploring. I do not currently use Agentic Automation capabilities within UiPath Platform, such as Agent Builder, orchestration, and testing. These are areas I am exploring. I believe I have used UiPath Academy courses. While I personally have not, our team members have. I do not know personally what the biggest benefit from taking those courses is. I have thoughts about UiPath Platform's user community in terms of the value I gain by being part of it, but I am not aware of the user community, so it would be beneficial to learn more about that. We use Agentic AI, and for the last one and a half years, we have been working on Agentic AI, but in production, it is not that mature. We are looking at end-to-end solutions in that area. I assess Agentic AI's ability to extract data points as easy, and now we have a lot of options, but when using Agentic AI, we have to verify the data correctness. It is saving a lot of time extracting a lot of data with Agentic AI. For example, we connected with different government parties where we have to read a lot of documents, including legal documents, so this is very helpful using the AI. We currently use UiPath Platform's Agentic Automation capabilities to some extent, not fully, but we are using it. Currently, we are using Maestro for that, and we are building a workflow there. By leveraging Agentic Automation, we are achieving outcomes including document extraction, data extraction, and automating the process there. My overall experience using UiPath Platform's Agentic Automation capabilities is good, but we are looking for an end-to-end solution. My teams and I have used the vendor's UiPath Academy courses. The biggest benefits I have seen from UiPath Academy are that whenever new team members join, we ask them to complete the courses, so it is easy to onboard them. I have given this review an overall rating of 8.

It took about a year to get it to that point. I do not currently use UiPath Platform's Agentic Automation capabilities such as Agent Builder, Orchestration, Test, or Autopilot. I have used UiPath Academy courses and think they are great, but sometimes they get out of date pretty quickly with the consistent development. The biggest benefit I have seen from UiPath Academy is the ability to see what is coming by taking those courses and determining whether a use case is something we could implement at our company or if it is a direction we want to avoid, as the descriptions and examples within those courses are very helpful for our decision-making. I find UiPath's user community to be very helpful, and I truly appreciate the robust community that has saved me many times; when I ask a question, they often have an answer ready, so I can find multiple ways to address issues I encounter. I would rate this review an 8 out of 10.
For our internal auditing team, we have a Coded App that includes a conversational agent hooked into our UiPath Platform Data Fabric on the backend to help them get questions answered on particular data points for their processes. The main benefit we have achieved through leveraging agentic automation is a much quicker speed to value. This has allowed us to get up and running and provide value for our business users much faster than we otherwise would have been able to do. The biggest benefits I have seen from using UiPath Platform Academy are upskilling our team more quickly. With new capabilities, for instance, we have just started using Coded Apps. Our team did not have prior knowledge on how to use them. We have a technical account manager who works with us and has been great, but getting that actual training and certification for Coded Apps has been a great way to upskill my team. I would not say that we are very active in the UiPath Platform community. We are located in Wisconsin and we used to have a Wisconsin UiPath Platform User Group. I do not think we have that anymore, and that is something we would like to get up and running again with other companies in the region. In the community, we are active on the forums, not really answering questions, but we use it as a way to problem solve. Outside of that, we are not heavily involved in the community. On the training side, the main concern we have is with conversational agents. They have to be built in Studio Web, and Studio Web is not our favorite because it can sometimes be slow and laggy. Once we have it up and running, the functionality has been good, but it has been slower on the Studio Web side than we would prefer. We use Studio Desktop primarily, so if we could build conversational agents in Studio Desktop, that would be our preferred method. I rate UiPath Platform overall as a nine out of ten.
We do use Agentic AI. For extracting data points, I assess Agentic AI's ability as probably one of the best use cases, and the reason why is because it's very good at being both deep and wide in its assessment without having me to go and manually review it. I save at least twenty to thirty minutes per process that I need to use when extracting data points with Agentic AI. In a given new use case, anything that would have taken me about an hour or two in order to just get started and understanding is where the AI can provide me a summary to start going and looking, which can cut down my analysis to something around fifteen to twenty minutes instead. We currently use UiPath Platform's Agentic Automation capabilities. By leveraging Agentic Automation, we are able to flip and make a new triaging board within two weeks and then start capturing missing errors and automations almost immediately. My experience using UiPath Platform's Agentic Automation capabilities is very good, especially how well it integrates into our existing cursor workflow. My team has used the vendor's UiPath Academy course. The biggest benefit I have seen from UiPath Academy is really demystifying any new use cases that have come up, especially new tools for UiPath, giving us a baseline to start working off of and not trying to go and figure it out ourselves. I don't use the UiPath user community as often; I'm mostly more of a lurker on the community forums, so it provides value in as much as if I run into an issue or a scenario, I know other people have discussed it before. I would say to other organizations considering UiPath Platform that if you have any form of internal process that needs to be automated or you have any opportunities internally of repetitive work, or if you interact with anything that you can't directly do via an API, you definitely should consider it. Now, if you wanted to deploy apps but didn't have a dedicated environment, it now fits all those scenarios. I rate this review as a seven out of ten.
I would rate UiPath Platform an eight on a scale of one to ten. I gave it an eight because, while there are minor issues that UiPath actively works on, some improvements remain pending. Utilizing UiPath Platform has significantly reduced human error and freed up employee time. For instance, in the order placement use case, if humans had to handle the task, orders likely would not be placed within the three-minute deadline. The result is substantial time savings and better accuracy with automated processes. I find value in UiPath user community, having participated in UiPath DevCon in 2026, where we learned about newly introduced coding agents and governance features.

My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to learn it. UiPath Platform is a really good tool that can help you gain expertise and build a career. Compared to other automation tools, it is very easy, and it is getting more vast. With Agentic included, we will have a bright future. I want to emphasize the need to improve UiPath Academy videos and content for new learners. Additionally, agent AI concepts including how to buy the license and usage of the AI units for the initial days, and consumption of free AI units need to be provided. I would rate this review as a 9 out of 10.
AI agents have been improved regarding UiPath Platform's governance and security. I have come across UiPath Academy courses and certification courses. Academy is the most valuable resource. The events and DevCons conducted by UiPath provide significant value to me as part of the user community. UiPath Platform is easy to learn since it is low-code and no-code. However, it is a vast product with much to learn. I rate this review a nine out of ten.

It is easy to use the academy platform, and we all usually keep updating ourselves using UiPath Platform Academy itself. Because of the user community, we do get solutions for tricky questions. UiPath Platform holds DevCon every year or so in Bangalore, and it is fun to attend. We are using agentic automation. The challenges really lie in trusting AI to do the job, as the decisions that AI makes cannot be heavily relied upon for sensitive operations. We do need to incorporate human-in-the-loop capabilities that are strategic and easy to use. We have started adoption from read-only operations and will later move on to write operations. We use an agent to classify some transactions or to write up an email automatically based on the situation. We do have an internal connection with UiPath Platform as our vendor, and they work with top management. Time saved is the most important metric for us, and that is what we have realized. We do not know the exact figures, but time saved and money saved are the main benefits. This review has been given a rating of eight out of ten.
UiPath Academy courses provide extensive resources, enabling both developers and business users to stay updated on new features and capabilities. Being part of UiPath Platform's user community offers significant value through access to a vast pool of knowledge and support, with quick responses to queries and shared learning. By leveraging agentic automation with UiPath Platform, we have achieved notable results through decision integration in our existing RPA processes, which has enhanced our business workflows. For those considering UiPath Platform, I advise choosing it for its scalability, reliability, and advanced features in both deterministic and agentic AI governance. We maintain a partnership with UiPath Platform. I would rate this review a nine out of ten.

My advice for others looking into using UiPath Platform is to first analyze the private endpoint capabilities, especially if security is a primary concern, and to consider all aspects, including the limitations and potential security glitches within UiPath products. We are using Agentic Automation, but it is not security-capable, as agents need to be within UiPath, and the existing solution only provides VPN access, which is not suitable for production setups. I am sharing the platform with our internal customers who are developing use cases using Agentic Automation; however, I do not have a detailed view of that area. UiPath Academy primarily serves developers and lacks relevance for platform engineers, offering only limited courses. I believe more platform-specific courses should be introduced to benefit colleagues. The value I gain from being part of UiPath's user community comes from the community events introducing multiple products. The last event I attended was great, featuring demos of various products. I would rate this review an eight out of ten overall.

The UiPath Platform community has truly brought out the best of the technology. Beyond the official product documentation, it's been a genuinely valuable resource for peer-to-peer problem solving—the UiPath Forum is often where I find real-world solutions faster than through formal support channels, with a strong base of best practices and a good number of active MVPs contributing there. The community also runs multiple events and local chapters; I've attended UiPath DevCon myself, which has been immensely helpful. For a platform team like mine, the community effectively functions as an extended internal knowledge base—it shortens the learning curve for uncommon problems and helps validate that our architecture decisions align with broader industry practice, rather than working in isolation. I'm confident it delivers real value, and I'd rate this overall experience a 9 out of 10.

As feedback, I can say that we are still in the process of gaining more experience with advanced automation capabilities and exploring Agentic AI features within the UiPath Platform. Currently, my organization has not yet adopted AI Agents or Coding Agents in production. However, we plan to introduce these capabilities in the near future, and I am confident that they will significantly enhance our automation landscape. Our primary objective is to provide business-friendly front-end applications for automations. UiPath Platform works particularly well for request and approval workflows such as access management, employee onboarding, invoice processing, and service desk requests. The integration between UiPath Apps and automation processes is strong; however, we would like to see improvements in version management, richer UI customization options, and enhanced monitoring capabilities in future releases. Among potential improvements, enhanced monitoring and operational visibility would provide the highest value. Better diagnostics and support insights would reduce support effort and help resolve production issues more quickly, which is critical for platform operations. UiPath Platform has had a significant positive impact on my organization by reducing manual effort, improving operational efficiency, and enabling teams to automate repetitive tasks. This results in faster processing times, increased accuracy, and better business outcomes. For example, Document Understanding greatly reduces manual data extraction and validation activities, allowing teams to process documents more efficiently while improving data quality. Additionally, UiPath Apps provide a simple and intuitive interface for business users to interact with automation solutions, increasing adoption and improving the overall user experience. From an enterprise perspective, the combination of Orchestrator, Apps, AI capabilities, and governance features enables end-to-end automation with strong visibility, scalability, and operational control across the organization. AI capabilities are not always 100% accurate and can occasionally produce incorrect results. However, they provide good accuracy for many common business use cases, particularly in document extraction, classification, process automation, and assisted decision-making scenarios. The models generally perform well on structured and semi-structured documents, helping reduce manual effort and improve productivity. Accuracy may vary when working with highly unstructured documents, poor-quality scans, handwritten content, or industry-specific formats. Continued improvements in model training, exception handling, and confidence scoring would further enhance reliability. Within my organization, UiPath Platform is deployed in a private cloud environment hosted on Azure. The platform is hosted within a subscription owned and managed by our organization. Previously, the solution was deployed on-premises, with physical or dedicated virtual machines and an on-premises Orchestrator setup. Today, we leverage UiPath Automation Cloud capabilities, and our virtual machines are dynamically provisioned and configured to connect to UiPath Orchestrator. Currently, we provide two service models: 1. UiPath Platform as a Service (PaaS) -------------------------------------- In this model, we fully manage the Azure virtual machines within our subscription and perform all operational activities related to infrastructure, maintenance, and platform management. 2. Orchestrator as a Service ---------------------------- In this model, we create and manage tenants and user groups while allowing customers to choose their preferred infrastructure. Users can utilise AWS, Azure, hybrid cloud, or organization-provided machines and have the flexibility to select the UiPath Studio versions that best suit their requirements. The Platform-as-a-Service offering is supported by an infrastructure team that assists with virtual machine management. Challenges occasionally arise when Microsoft releases updates or organization-wide policies are applied to machines, potentially affecting system behaviour or appearance. In the Orchestrator-as-a-Service model, operational challenges are fewer; however, users must comply with organizational governance standards, including restrictions on downloading certain file types and applications. From a learning and enablement perspective, platform engineers currently receive primarily platform-related training, whereas many available courses focus on development activities. Whenever new features are introduced, our Technical Account Manager provides demonstrations explaining the functionality and associated business benefits. We also make use of recorded sessions and live training events to strengthen our platform expertise. Additional platform-focused learning paths would be highly beneficial for platform engineers. The UiPath community also provides significant value through webinars, workshops, training programmes, and product demonstrations. Some sessions are available free of charge, while others require registration or payment. Access to recorded content is particularly useful for ongoing learning. Additional workshops focused on platform administration, real-world use cases, and hands-on operational scenarios would further enhance the community experience for platform teams. Regarding Communications Mining, we use it to automate actions and responses based on message content. This capability analyses emails and customer communications using AI to identify intent, classify content, detect trends, extract data, prioritise work items, and enable automation opportunities. The primary benefits include reducing manual effort, improving response times, and efficiently managing large communication volumes. Areas for improvement include increased accuracy for niche business terminology, simplified model training, and more comprehensive analytics dashboards. With respect to Coding Agents, they are not currently enabled within my organization. Based on my understanding, their primary purpose is to assist with code generation, code reviews, documentation, and troubleshooting activities. Coding Agents have the potential to significantly improve productivity by reducing manual effort and accelerating development activities. Improvements in contextual awareness across large projects and enhanced understanding of enterprise-specific frameworks would further increase adoption. UiPath Platform has also improved operational resilience within my organization. However, one area where improvement is needed is incident communication and outage management. In the past, our team has occasionally detected service issues and raised support cases before notification was received from the platform provider. Earlier detection, proactive communication, and timely notifications would improve the overall support experience for platform teams and business stakeholders. Overall, UiPath Platform is a strong end-to-end automation solution that helps reduce manual effort, lower operational costs, and deliver substantial ROI for high-volume, repetitive processes. I would confidently recommend UiPath Platform to organizations looking to scale their automation initiatives. The platform provides significant business value through AI capabilities, enterprise governance, and automation tooling, with continued improvements in monitoring and platform management expected to deliver even greater value. My recommendation to new users is to begin with simple, high-impact automation opportunities, establish a governance framework early, and gradually scale automation across the organization. Leveraging UiPath Academy and other learning resources is highly beneficial. As maturity grows, organizations should explore AI-powered capabilities such as Document Understanding, Communications Mining, AI Center, and Agentic AI solutions to maximise business value and return on investment. Regarding UiPath's AI capabilities, the platform provides several valuable features. AI-powered Document Understanding significantly reduces manual effort by automating document processing activities. Governance is supported through strong role-based access controls managed centrally through Orchestrator, along with audit trails and monitoring capabilities that help satisfy enterprise governance requirements. Additional capabilities such as Generative AI and AI Center help automate more complex, decision-driven processes. Features such as data masking and secure handling of sensitive information are also valuable when dealing with confidential business data. One area for improvement would be increased clarity and granularity in permission management across deployments, making administration and governance even more effective. I have rated this review eight out of ten.
One of the main benefits of automation has been the reduction of repetitive manual work, which also helps streamline processes. When employees repeatedly copy information between applications, errors can occur. Automating these steps with UiPath Platform ensures consistency in execution. This consistency improves productivity and turnaround time from a business perspective. The key benefit is not merely human replacement, but instead enabling team members to focus on critical tasks that require human judgment. Using UiPath Platform, I find the user community quite valuable for learning, with one of the biggest benefits being the opportunity to learn from other automation professionals. Using UiPath Platform Communications Mining, I can automate actions or responses based on message content. For instance, if we receive customer emails, the tool can analyze the message to classify requests, such as categorizing an email about a declined payment as a payment issue or an address update request. Based on this classification, the automation can take appropriate actions. Monitoring the tone or sentiment in our messages helps identify and correct misclassifications and gives the team better visibility into our communication process and workflow performance. For example, if a payment issue message is identified, we can track its routing to the proper workflow or support team, flagging low-confidence messages for human review. Currently, we are not using any agentic automations. Workflow coding agents are particularly interesting because they assist in creating or troubleshooting automations. UiPath Platform's approach to coding agent integration is straightforward to configure and integrate, where the main benefit of the Agentic agent is its ability to connect with existing systems. UiPath Platform automatically manages connections between different applications and processes, making it easier to establish end-to-end workflows rather than just automating isolated tasks. Currently, I do not have any specific thoughts. I am learning and exploring UiPath Platform and RPA, and implementing workflows through Agentic AI. It is quite interesting. I would rate this review an eight out of ten.
My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is that if your use case requires AI agents and RPA bots, then UiPath Platform is the best option to use. However, the licensing will be somewhat costly, though UiPath Platform will negotiate the pricing. I would rate UiPath Platform a seven on a scale of one to ten. I rate it a seven because whatever UiPath Platform is launching, the AI features and the efficiency are better.

I have been using UiPath Platform for seven years. Since two thousand nineteen, I have been utilizing UiPath Platform in my professional career. We have utilized UiPath Academy courses since we began working with UiPath Platform because they offer a structured, hands-on learning path. They provide better development best practices and platform knowledge rather than relying on trial and error. For instance, we have gained significant insights in areas such as audio framework, call questionnaire queues, exception handling, debugging, and enterprise best practices. A significant benefit is the upskilling of new UiPath Platform capabilities, as we can engage with trial or beta versions and attend courses or meetups organized by UiPath. I have participated in several connections to engage with UiPath Platform community, and communications mining has been valuable for classifying incoming communications based on content triggers. For example, emails and recommendations can be automatically categorized into service requests, invoice payment queries, access requests, compliance, and general queries. Automation can then route messages to the appropriate team, create tickets, or update business teams based on this information. For instance, an invoice-related email could be identified and directed to the accounts payable process, while an access-related request is routed to IT workflows. Messages that do not meet the required confidence threshold are reviewed by human oversight automatically. The primary value in communication management is turning unstructured communications into structured, actionable information to reduce manual email triage and processing requirements. Monitoring the tone and sentiment of messages can highlight communications requiring immediate attention. Messages with negative sentiments or customer escalations can be prioritized and routed to the appropriate team rather than processed through standard workflows. This approach enhances responsiveness and is particularly useful for chatbots that possess the necessary judgment to manage message routing. Regarding agentic automation, we are exploring this capability to improve the limitations found in traditional user-based automation. Our main challenge is automating end-to-end processes that involve unstructured information, decision-making, and multiple systems, as predetermined rules are often insufficient. We aim to combine people, robots, and AI agents according to their strengths. AI agents will interpret information and make conceptual decisions, while robots will execute tasks across enterprise applications. Our focus includes managing exceptions, reducing manual decision-making, and enhancing orchestration across processes that were previously difficult to automate. The major benefit is transitioning from automating individual tasks to orchestrating complete business processes while maintaining appropriate governance, human oversight, security, and auditability. We use agentic automation primarily for processes involving unstructured information or conceptual decision-making, such as email, document understanding, request clarification, and exception handling before executing deterministic UiPath Platform automation. A typical use case involves the agent interpreting incoming requests, identifying intent, and determining the appropriate workflow based on this understanding. Although human intervention is needed for approvals, our initial outcomes are positive, particularly regarding reductions in manual analysis and improved process speed. In pilot use cases, we observe approximately a twenty to thirty percent reduction in manual effort for processes involving structured communications and faster initial execution. We also witness consistency improvements since the classification and information extraction are performed systematically rather than manually. Agentic automation has enabled us to tackle processes that traditional rules-based RPA found difficult to manage, leading to major benefits such as reducing manual effort by around thirty to forty percent, quick identification of routing requests, and increased scalability allowing employees to focus on exceptions and higher-value work. We employ coding agents such as Cloud Code and GitHub WorldPilot, OctaCodecs alongside UiPath Platform Development. These coding agents function as a developer test rather than fully automated developers. They aid in generating or refactoring code, reviewing project logic, conducting security evaluations, performing code reviews, troubleshooting components, and documenting workflows. The main issue they address for the team is that they reduce the time developers spend on development. By not starting from scratch for every implementation, developers can use coding agents to generate the initial version and concentrate on architecture, business logic, validation, testing, and production readiness. Since leveraging coding agent capabilities within UiPath Platform Development, we experience an approximate fifty percent improvement in development speed for suitable tasks, particularly for debugging code, documentation, and reusable components. The most notable impact is not simply the rapid code generation but also the shortened overall lead time for automation cycles, enabling us to automate complex flows at a much quicker rate than traditional approaches. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten overall.
The advice I would say is to go ahead and have a look at your own applications and go ahead and brainstorm what your company's infrastructure is. Think about what predominant applications you use. If you definitely have a mix of web applications, I would definitely not think twice to opt for UiPath Platform. In terms of licensing, numbers, and pricing matters. I give this review an overall rating of nine out of ten.
Governance and security are really good because we can implement guardrails now. You can bring in your model if needed. UiPath Platform gives the flexibility to integrate security in line with organizational needs. Initially, the accuracy compared to local LLMs is good because they have integrated it with the cloud. Most things remain reliable. We have not used it on a large scale yet, just for email classification and providing email responses. Going ahead, we plan to use more agents. Agentic use cases are deployed where fixed rules are better, and where scenarios are complicated, agents are more efficient. UiPath Platform community is extremely helpful. You can post questions and receive support from experts around the world. This active community is a strong asset. I would rate this review as 8.5 out of 10.

I would rate UiPath Platform an eight out of ten. I chose an 8 out of 10 for UiPath Platform because it is growing more efficiently and providing the latest market technology, but I deduct two points because not every organization is perfect. Regarding UiPath Platform's AI capabilities, I think they follow the governance and security policies of each country and provide options for integrating any company-specific governance requirements into their backend systems for agents. The accuracy and reliability of output from UiPath Platform depend on the hands of the particular developer, as they provide multiple GPT models such as Claude and GPT-4.0, which are updated with the latest versions to enhance AI accuracy. We have benefited from using UiPath Academy courses, which provide more functional knowledge and help us learn to overcome obstacles, thus enhancing our understanding for production environments. Being a part of UiPath's user community allows us to connect with other users who are mostly active in resolving issues, often within a day. I am using coding agents in UiPath Platform, which allow me to write and publish code by simply providing a prompt, though this feature is still in a non-public preview stage. UiPath Platform's approach to coding agent integration allows usage across third-party software such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Python IDEs, which is a primary reason for choosing UiPath Platform. My advice to others considering UiPath Platform is to focus on the benefits rather than just the costs.
My advice for those looking into using UiPath Platform is to start by identifying repetitive processes for quick wins, utilize UiPath Academy for a strong foundation, and gradually scale to more complex workflows while leveraging the community for support. I have completed several courses through UiPath Academy, which have been very valuable in building my AI and RPA skills, offering well-structured content covering everything from fundamentals to advanced topics, including hands-on exercises that allowed immediate application. I have had a very positive experience with UiPath community, benefiting from helpful resources for technical glitches and learning opportunities through webinars, user group meetups, and events like the UiPath Developer Conference 2026. I have explored UiPath Communications Mining for automating the processing of incoming emails and customer messages, allowing it to classify messages based on content and intent, triggering different workflows accordingly. Monitoring the tone and sentiment of messages has helped us prioritize customer interactions effectively, allowing urgent issues to route automatically to the appropriate support team for quicker resolutions. I have explored AgenTik automation for building intelligent automation solutions that require decision-making, allowing AI agents and RPA bots to automate complex workflows while having human involvement for exceptions. We are using AgenTik automation for several intelligent business processes, especially for intelligent document processing where AI agents analyze documents, extract information, and validate data for updating business systems. By leveraging AgenTik automation, we have seen positive outcomes such as reducing manual effort by around fifty five to seventy percent in request handling, shortening overall processing time by nearly forty to fifty percent, and increasing accuracy to over ninety to ninety five percent. For coding agents, we have used GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI to enhance our development and troubleshooting of UiPath Platform automations, with one notable use in the invoice processing workflow where coding agents helped generate code, suggest expressions, and identify issues. I give UiPath Platform a review rating of ten out of ten.
I do not have any specific metrics to share regarding hours saved or money saved because I do not track that; it is an internal product and process. I do not have anything else to add regarding the needed improvements; everything is in place and looks good to me. I have not explored the AI governance and security aspects, so I cannot comment on that side. I have tried some things with the AI capabilities of UiPath Platform and found that the accuracy is very good; for readable documents, the AI extracts data properly which is working really nicely on the agentic side of it, better than other platforms. I have not utilized UiPath Academy courses till now. I have participated in UiPath's user community and found it very nice to visit the UiPath office in Bangalore where a showcase of new products happened, allowing me to connect with people from various domains, share thoughts, project ideas, and innovations, which helps me stay updated on UiPath Platform. As of now, I am not using any agentic automations; I am using UiPath Platform along with Azure Foundry agents but have not implemented native UiPath agentic automation. I have not used the UiPath Communication Mining features till now. Recently, I upgraded UiPath Studio to the latest version, utilizing UiPath's Autopilot, which includes the coding agent Claude 4.7. I use it to build complex logics, as I provide prompts and it validates all the logics, runs automatically, verifies test cases, and checks for any issues, thus helping me resolve issues and speed up the process. Adopting UiPath Platform for coding agents has measurably increased my team's productivity by almost 40 to 50%, so I just provide prompts and verify the results. I do not have pricing, setup cost, and licensing details, as that information is with my manager. I definitely recommend others use UiPath Platform for their automation processes because it has everything needed; it really is an all-in-one product suite. My overall rating for this review is 10.

My thoughts on UiPath Platform's user community are that it is really good, and especially for this part of the market, they have really maintained it because there is a very active user community, with quite a lot of engagement here in Nairobi. I would recommend UiPath Platform to others, and I have been working in this field of IT for maybe twenty-one years. I give this review an overall rating of ten out of ten.

Overall, I give UiPath Platform a final rating of nine out of ten. UiPath Platform has a valuable user community. Community happenings are occurring in multiple metro cities here in India. In Chennai, there have been multiple community meetings held recently, and I have participated in two of them. When you attend these meetings, you share knowledge and learn about the latest developments. The UiPath community is really good, and whenever there are community meetings happening in Chennai, I am mostly present. Regarding agentic features, I learned about them when I was part of an event where they discussed the agentic features of UiPath Platform. However, I have not tried them yet because I did not get the opportunity to do so.
Being a part of UiPath Platform's user community reduces repetitive work, which is the first significant value I gain. My team members have used the UiPath Academy courses, and they are well certified in that. The biggest benefits from using UiPath Academy include AI fabric, iXp, agentic features, and the new iPad screenplay, along with mobile testing capabilities. The forums and user community for UiPath Platform provide value through interactions with leaders, MVPs, and developers who assist in troubleshooting by suggesting multiple solutions. I would recommend UiPath Platform to those needing automation for repetitive tasks, as it offers a good path without requiring coding experience. I rate this review a ten overall.
I am familiar with UiPath Platform. For now, we can discuss the on-premises version. I am familiar with the on-premises version, and it only takes a few hours. One person can do the deployment. We are using the vendor's UiPath Academy courses. The biggest benefit I have seen from UiPath Academy is the availability of lots of features and new training. Whatever upgrade is coming from UiPath Platform, all the details are already there. If you have untrained UiPath Platform resources, you can train them within two to three days and refer them to use UiPath Academy. Multiple courses, both new and older, are already there, so they can start working through training as everything is available. I have completed multiple training sessions and certifications from UiPath Academy along with my team. When comparing the price of UiPath Platform with Blue Prism, UiPath Platform's price is lesser than Blue Prism's product. I would rate this review experience a nine out of ten.
When I talk about Agentic automation, I can say there is a big difference between robot automation and Agentic automation, as I can do both in UiPath Platform just by prompting. I think UiPath Academy courses are well done, as they have been for eight or nine years, and it is the only platform I use for my teams to train them, making it widely sufficient for them to be autonomous on UiPath. Currently, UiPath Platform offers robotic capabilities, and while there is the option for on-premises deployment starting from April, there are no clients using the on-premises system yet; especially since major clients are in Dubai where there is a data center, it is challenging to convince the public sector to adopt a cloud solution, which is a significant issue at the moment. I think UiPath user community is good, as they are very active. UiPath Platform is widely adopted in my region, but I believe it should be promoted more. I would rate this review an eight out of ten.

For monitoring the tone or sentiment in messages, we used a different approach entirely. Most of it was done through Google's own LLM for sentiment analysis for call centers based in Mexico, routed through a different method. We did not completely utilize UiPath Platform for that purpose. I have personally not used the UiPath Academy courses. I do not know about my team; I would have to check and revert to you on that matter. I purchased UiPath Platform from the AWS Marketplace directly. I would have to check with my finance team regarding the exact terms, but it was a direct deal. My thoughts on UiPath Platform's user community in terms of the value that I gain by being part of it are that it is very difficult to assess because most of the time we were seeking help from Claude or GPT, or Gemini for understanding what was not working, and we resolved our work through that approach rather than going to community forums, Slack, Reddit, or elsewhere. We did not engage much in those communities because our system is very complicated and has numerous TCPA requirements that we must meet. We cannot share that information with anyone. Most of the time we were using Anthropic's Claude only for debugging systems and debugging issues when we were unable to move forward. I would have to ask my engineers if we used UiPath Communications Mining. I personally did not. I am currently a customer of UiPath Platform. My overall rating for this review is eight point five.
I would recommend that others looking to implement UiPath Platform understand its capabilities thoroughly before deployment. I rate UiPath Platform overall at nine out of ten.

The biggest benefit that I see from the product is the biggest positive thing in it. I am still using UiPath Platform at this time.In the last one or two years, I have not really upgraded myself in terms of UiPath Platform Academy related latest training courses and material, though there was a requirement for new trainings and upgrading knowledge, I could not spend time. That is from my side, the weakness. I would rate my experience with support from UiPath Platform as a six. My overall experience with this product receives a rating of eight.
I am not aware of the pricing and licensing of UiPath Platform. My company has UiPath Platform. I have completed the Agentic AI UiPath course and also the Business Analyst Professional course from UiPath Academy. Since I am still exploring Agentic Automation, I have been working with UiPath Platform for only one and a half years and am not certain about the outcomes yet. My overall experience so far using UiPath Platform's Agentic Automation capabilities has been positive. I have been in RPA for six years; with UiPath Platform, it is around one and a half to two years. I have known the tool for a long time, but I did not get a real-time chance to work on projects until recently. I do not think additional materials on UiPath Platform are required; anyone wanting to learn UiPath Platform can directly register with UiPath Academy for real-time knowledge and expertise, as external materials are often incomplete. My overall review rating for UiPath Platform is nine out of ten.

We do have some level of success with agentic automation. I will say that ninety percent of it is POC. I am aware of one project in our company which is actually running in production which is utilizing the agentic capabilities of UiPath Platform. With all of that said, I will say that the product that UiPath Platform is offering, personally, I think there is still a ton of work that needs to be done. For example, when we were utilizing their new document understanding offering as well, there were a lot of things which frankly were quite frustrating when it comes to deployment. We had to work with their team to make changes on the fly so that at least we can deploy our solution via the beta libraries that they were providing us over the call. That level of support is great, but it would have been much better if this was not required. We had to essentially delay the deployments and do a ton of things in order to essentially get things sorted out from UiPath Platform's side. It is useful to monitor the tone or sentiment in messages for our operations. Every company has their own way of analyzing such data. Our company also has a lot of such data available. We do such analysis on this basis. Earlier it was simple reviews, but now we are doing that analysis on even complex data. One example, as I said earlier, is contracts that we are dealing with a lot. It is certainly useful, but it is still a developing technology in our opinion. It is getting matured. We are early adopters for sure. We would like it to improve further. We did automate actions using UiPath Platform Communication Mining, but frankly, we have not explored it much because it has a very specific use case and we do not want our critical data to go inside their model, be analyzed, and do a lot of things. Most of the clients just back off because of that. The biggest challenge that we face when dealing with UiPath Platform is the concept of unknowns or basically how different processes are connected to each other. They have tried to handle it to a certain level with the help of Automation Hub, but still the interconnected processes, like how one process is dependent upon another, that is not available. A best way to think about it is how a graph essentially works, with how one point is connected to another. I would really appreciate UiPath Platform to develop something, whether it is with the help of AI or a simple tool that they can develop, that can allow me as a business owner to put in all of my processes in there and see how one of my APIs is being utilized by four different processes. If this goes down, four of my automated processes are impacted. That functionality I would really love to see. They can move insights forward, I think. They can start focusing on it. I would rate this review as an eight overall.

Nowadays regarding UiPath Platform, there are both advantages and disadvantages because nowadays you can just go into an AI tool such as GPT, Claude, or whatever and ask it to do whatever you need, and it will be faster. UiPath Platform has the upside of the automation if you actually develop that into a customer, which will be time-saving for them. I used to have runtime for UiPath Platform.
I have really good feedback about UiPath Platform Academy courses because they provide plenty of information, divided into sections and include gamification with the robot icon watching. However, I do have one main concern regarding the tasks that you need to perform to gain your knowledge perfectly. They are pretty easy for me, especially. I would add some difficulty to that. Overall, the structure and the information located there are good and they cover all of my needs to check, review, or learn something. I think the UiPath Platform user community lacks information about some complex use cases, which is a problem for the forum, as it seems that everyone develops something simple and only asks straightforward questions, getting their answers on the forum. However, when it becomes serious, you really struggle on the forum to find information. I do use the forum to get answers from the LLM models, but I would say it needs improvement, such as publishing more serious cases to provide answers to more specific questions. My advice for someone looking into purchasing an RPA tool such as UiPath Platform is to always search for really qualified engineers, not just citizen developers. When building something complex and wanting to get your ROI, hiring qualified developers is essential. It is a must. Based on this, I would recommend UiPath Platform. I would say that if you do not consider maintenance at the start, it will be complex and difficult. However, if you think about it from scratch, it can be easy. I perform maintenance with the major releases of the platform about once every three months. My overall rating for UiPath Platform is an eight.
I haven't tried using communications mining in UiPath Platform, and I haven't explored that area, so I cannot comment on it. I would recommend UiPath Platform to other users; however, I would mention that the programming language can be quite difficult. If someone is good with programming languages and has a good understanding, then it's fine; it's good. I would rate this review an eight overall.

Since it is a SaaS platform, there is no maintenance required on our part, as everything is managed by the vendor. I would definitely recommend this product to other enterprises as it is an enterprise-grade level RPA software, although it might not suit organizations operating at a lower scale or margin due to cost. Overall, more than 1,000 users utilize the solution. I would rate this review a nine.
Deployment is a straightforward task, but ensuring integration of the CI/CD pipeline within UiPath Platform Orchestration would enhance the ease of use. I rate this review an eight overall.

The deployment and maintenance are handled by UiPath Platform. Currently, our Orchestrator and everything is handled by UiPath Platform. We are in the cloud right now using UiPath cloud. They are taking care of it. Previously we used to have this on our own company's servers, so we just had to make sure it runs twenty-four seven. The deployment administration is something I am not sure about regarding the deployment server and administration. As a developer in the current organization, we take requirements from the client, develop it ourselves, test it ourselves, and deploy our automation. We do not have a particular team for development, testing, or deployment. We handle our own use case end to end. I do not see any issues there. I think it is pretty feasible and easy to handle the deployment in UiPath Platform. My overall rating for this review is eight.
The price is what would make it a perfect solution for me. I would give UiPath Platform support a rating of nine on a scale of one to 10. I have experience with contracting, licensing, and pricing of UiPath Platform, but I handle this job once a year during the contract revision. I currently have almost 300 robots deployed with UiPath Platform. I deployed a little more than a hundred robots across several years. I plan to expand and deploy more robots next year. I would rate UiPath Platform a nine on a scale of one to 10.

We wanted to remove that manual intervention or bring up some human touch there. First, we did a prototype to see how the end-to-end workflow was happening for one use case. Then we tried to derive metrics, such as how much time we are saving in terms of resources and for the entire flow. It made a significant difference for us at that point in time. Usually, it used to take many minutes and had to interact with numerous tools and technologies. When we implemented UiPath Platform and RPA, it showed substantial improvements from a metrics perspective regarding time savings and overall efficiency. I cannot provide specific advice about certain aspects as we have not extensively explored all features. We have not had to raise any support requests so far. Every business and company has its own requirements. The best suggestion is to understand the full functionality of UiPath Platform and carefully consider the areas where it should be implemented rather than utilizing it everywhere without proper evaluation. Based on the overall functionality and features being used, the reviewer rated UiPath Platform an eight out of ten, indicating satisfaction with the solution.

I do not yet utilize agentic automation capabilities or agentic AI from UiPath Platform to achieve those, as it's strictly all RPA for now. We are in the process of trying to start developing more agentic, less RPA, and more agent-type workflows. We've been looking forward to having the capability that Maestro offers for case management, which will be a huge game-changer for my firm, as we've been searching for a suitable tool for two years. Our enterprise firm does not require certification for engineers, however, within our investment side, it's a requirement. I had my advanced developer certification years ago, and all of my engineers have their certified engineer certifications. Anyone joining my team has to go through the academy and prove completion of the certification. My advice for someone considering UiPath Platform is to clearly understand RPA, agentic work, and assess interoperability with other external systems before choosing a platform, as UiPath Platform typically comes out on top. I'm optimistic about future developments. I appreciate UiPath Platform allowing us to use our own LLMs, so thank you for that flexibility. I have rated UiPath Platform ten out of ten.

My advice to someone considering UiPath Platform is to make sure you get buy-in from leadership, as a lot of people see a hot new tool and pursue it without sustainability. Having top-down leadership support is crucial for longevity, especially when pricing increases or licensing renewals arise. I would rate UiPath Platform a nine out of ten, as there are aspects that need improvement, particularly around naming conventions. I don't believe any product can achieve a perfect ten since that implies no room for improvement. I see them moving closer to a nine or ten out of ten.

I assess Agentic AI's ability to extract data points as unclear because we use generative AI technically, not Agentic AI to extract data points. Regular RPA is effective for processes with defined rules. For our needs, agentic AI is better suited as we require a solution that can make more human-like decisions, recognize patterns, and cater to the free-form nature of incoming emails, unlike RPA, which relies on set parameters. UiPath Academy courses are part of our citizen developer program, along with internal training that we developed to align with our bank's best practices and coding standards. We utilize Google Cloud as our primary cloud platform. My advice for someone considering UiPath Platform is to start small to ensure the processes function smoothly before scaling up, as it is easier to fix smaller workflows than intricate ones. Additionally, hire individuals who are curious and eager to learn about UiPath Platform technology as it continuously evolves. I would rate UiPath Platform a seven out of ten, appreciating their efforts to keep pace with rapidly changing technology, though it is difficult for any platform to excel across all aspects, which presents an ongoing challenge.

My thoughts on UiPath Platform's user community in terms of the value I gain by being part of it are that it is my first place to go if I have any questions or need some light troubleshooting, so it is very valuable for me. I think our developers also find a lot of value from there, figuring out how to structure certain things. My advice to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is for larger organizations to take the plunge. For smaller organizations, I would suggest balancing how large of a scale they are interested in and if that justifies the cost. We are right on the cusp, so it can be challenging; we only have about 1,600 employees, which limits our scaling potential. We really need to work to get that ROI. On a scale from on eto ten, I would rate UiPath Platform overall as a nine, as it is pretty good.

The advice I would give to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is to jump into it. ROI is something that you will find very quickly. Howecer, build and partner with UiPath Platform and maybe their partners. Most importantly, fail fast if you need to, and don't try to build a big project that goes on for years; do some small pilots, but pilot to project, scale pretty quickly. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate UiPath Platform overall an eight, based on the features and functionality we've used so far.

The advice I would give to another organization considering UiPath Platform is to strongly consider your team and what kind of needs your team has; because with different solutions, there are different levels of computer science background you need, and whether you want low-code or no-code versus having someone who has business acumen with a bit of development skills, or just a high development department—so consider your staff. I would rate my overall usage of UiPath Platform as definitely an eight out of ten.

We haven't used Agentic AI in our processes yet. We plan to do it. One fair advice to organizations considering UiPath Platform is that it might feel overwhelming initially, however, I would recommend starting with processes that are challenging to build. For instance, if you're in healthcare, tackle healthcare processes with more data and complexity, or in finance or insurance, deal with processes that have higher volumes and more UI changes. Once you undertake these hard processes, it simplifies the creation of smaller processes moving forward. I would rate UiPath Platform overall at an eight out of ten, reserving the extra two points as there are various competitors and platforms. UiPath Platform is making changes to introduce Agentic and enhance user-friendliness, and while I think it's fair enough to use UiPath Platform due to the range of products, I still perceive potential areas for improvement.

I do not use generative AI at the moment. I am waiting to try it as soon as possible. My advice to another organization considering UiPath Platform is that many people initially feel confused as they don't know how to set up their own COE team, however, it's important to have good communication with the supporting team, professional services in UiPath, and their salesperson to gain a comprehensive understanding of how this platform and product can assist their business. I don't yet use Agentic AI. Part of the reason why we're attending a conference is to learn more about it. I haven't yet used the vendor's UiPath Academy courses. The biggest advice I would give to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is to continue to push outside of the box and not to think within the confines of what you initially look at, as the opportunity to use the software is really everywhere. It's just a matter of having the time to put into it, so my biggest words of encouragement would be to keep trying, keep pursuing it, and avoid a too tunnel-visioned approach. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate UiPath Platform overall as a ten, as coming in with a little bit of experience, it was very easy to pick up, learn, and lean into, which has been very rewarding.

We're not cloud-based yet, but we are moving to the cloud in the next six to eight months, so we don't use agentic AI at all currently. We are planning to start looking into what we could do with agentic AI once we transition to the cloud. Based on my experience with UiPath, my advice to someone considering it is to make sure you have a good TAM. You absolutely need it, and understand everything involved, including policies, governance, security, and administration. I would rate UiPath Platform an eight out of ten. Some items we're looking at aren't available until we move to the cloud. On-prem is a little more limited.

We don't use formal Agentic AI with UiPath Platform. We do use AI with large language models to help organize and extract data, but we're not technically agentic. I would describe my experience with the vendor as very seamless and easy. UiPath has been very supportive. They've been with us the whole way, and every time we have a question or issues, they're there to help us out. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate UiPath Platform's features as a ten. I use the Agentic AI only for POCs, as we don't have any live implementation in production. UiPath Platform community and forum are extremely helpful for debugging and sharing best practices. We were very active in the community a long time ago, providing answers and asking questions, but recently we haven't been as active. Perhaps this is because the team is more senior now and we might not need that much interaction, but initially, it was very helpful. My advice for other organizations considering UiPath Platform is to get the right professional services to help make the right technical decisions from the start. Establishing a good framework and developing reusable libraries and composability while making the right technical decisions initially is crucial for success. So, having the right partner at the beginning is key for success. I would rate UiPath Platform as a nine out of ten, as I've had a high level of satisfaction.

We do not yet use agentic AI, however, that's coming next year as we're getting the contract ready. We do not use agentic automation such as Agent Builder, Agentic Orchestration, or Autopilot yet; we are currently using Copilot, which allows us to dip our toes into the agentic waters. We had a couple of opportunities for Document Understanding, which is more machine learning. Our struggle lies in the man in the middle concept where people just want to throw it over the fence, however, we emphasize that they need to help us with it. I have not used the UiPath Platform user community much, as we haven't had a necessity for it yet. I assume that as we get further down the road in our agentic path, it will become more important for us. Currently, 95% of our usage is standard RPA, and we have great competency in those areas. Occasionally I might ask a bank I've worked with in the past a question or two, but I have not delved into the user community. I have openly stated that I was a vendor for a long time, dealing with vendors on the other side as well, and I genuinely believe UiPath Platform is probably our best vendor due to the attention we get and constant follow-ups. My advice to someone considering UiPath Platform is to set up a small support group closely tied to your build group early on, depending on your company's size. You do not want to distract your build team from the support side. This also means your build team must ensure quality documentation. Take a thorough look at your intake process, identify bottlenecks in your pipeline, set up your documentation, thoroughly go through the right SDLC process, and gain business buy-in to ensure a smoother operation. On a scale of one to ten, I rate UiPath Platform a nine.

Having been on both sides as a consultant before joining this company, we had some POCs which did not work out very well. At our company, the POCs we selected were the best. Even today, those POCs turned into bots which give us more return on investment. Choose your automation ideas wisely, give adequate time, and manage stakeholder expectations. We couple it with other technologies, such as Alteryx, to really harness the full end-to-end automation. The advice I would give to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is to select a very good partner, and also, you would definitely want to make sure that you are building out your pipeline aggressively so that you can have targets to hit because some of the things that you plan do not come to fruition and you have to be able to pivot quickly. On a scale from one to ten, with one being the worst and ten being the best, I would rate UiPath Platform overall as a solid eight.
I have been using UiPath Platform for the past three years, and my experience is quite good with these process automation tools; I highly recommend this. Users can utilize it because the UI is very simple and easy to use for non-technical persons. It helps overcome all the limitations, and the stability is very high, so it is reusable for multiple processes and purposes. I recommend all users to use it. My overall rating for UiPath Platform is 8 out of 10.
When comparing UiPath Platform with other automation tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Kofax, I find that in terms of quality and features, UiPath Platform is superior. They have numerous features, and their OCRs can process handwritten documents. On a scale from one to ten, I rate the overall solution as nine because of its frequent modifications, and developers need to stay up to date with the release documents. What stands out about UiPath Platform is its feature set compared to other tools. I would recommend this product to other users because of its extensive features. While I'm not certain about its cost comparison to others, feature-wise, it is better than its competitors. It offers multiple capabilities that some automation tools don't currently provide, so if the product is within budget, users should opt for UiPath Platform.

By default, we implement both attended and unattended options. UiPath Platform is best described as a low-code, no-code platform. The Agentic Automation is completely no-code when creating agents. For robot development, it provides extensive options with low-code capabilities. For complex Excel automations or other automations, UiPath Platform offers numerous options compared to Power Automate. We can easily integrate VB code for string manipulations and complex Excel automations. The platform excels in debugging and selector fine-tuning for web automation or UI automation compared to Power Automate. We are a UiPath Platform partner. Overall rating: 7.5 out of 10.
We use both the attended and unattended automation options available in UiPath Platform; during the development phase, everyone does attended automations, such as in debug mode or for testing purposes. When we transition from the development phase to UAT or system integration testing, we use the unattended mode. The impact of UiPath Platform's analytics on our decision-making processes is significant; it is based on the processing and automation tasks. For example, for web automation, users need to log in, format data, and download files. Using community versions, you can conduct trial runs to see its effectiveness, and based on demo sample workflows, you can take the next steps. I feel UiPath Platform is the best, as I have experience with multiple platforms. The maintenance requires some effort; typically, a developer focuses on code development, while support teams address issues post-deployment due to UI element changes or interruptions. I'd say if we have five developers, one support person is sufficient, and for maintenance of five to six unattended machines, two people can effectively manage the workload. Overall, I would rate UiPath Platform a nine out of ten.

I have been generally satisfied with UiPath Platform. Regarding the impact of UiPath Platform's analytics capabilities on our organization's decision-making processes, we are implementing only RPA based on particular process documents, not analytics. We achieved good efficiency gains using UiPath Platform, particularly in terms of improved turnaround time, though specific metrics cannot be revealed. I would rate the product overall as nine out of ten, with the main drawback being its high cost compared to other products.
My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to study the UiPath Platform to use it in the correct way. I don't have a business relationship with UiPath other than being a customer; I use it for personal use, but I can also do work. I don't have any additional thoughts about UiPath Platform before we wrap up. I find it useful. I don't use any other tech products. I don't think there is anything that needs to change regarding how I found this interview. On a scale of one to ten, I rate UiPath Platform a nine.

I have used the AI integration features of the UiPath Platform, specifically the integration concept with the LLM model where we provide a prompt to get results that we extract and send over email. This is typically used to analyze resumes for our HR team, which receives numerous resumes. Using the AI integration concept in the UiPath Platform, we read resumes uploaded to the LLM model, extract relevant data, and filter out the necessary resumes. I rate the UiPath Platform a nine out of ten, based on my experience compared to Power Automate and basic knowledge of Automation Anywhere. I've found UiPath to be well-organized and well-structured for beginners.

I do not use the agent-tech automation with any platforms. The agent-tech is a new feature within the UiPath Platform, and they started integrating it in the last six months. I have not seen their offering, but based on documentation, they have developed a framework for agent development and automation integration. Regarding the ease of building automations using the UiPath Platform, end users still need some specialist skills to build. It is not as end-user friendly as some other tools, but it does not require deep technical knowledge. It is low code, no code, and everything is drag and drop. Configuration management using their studio is effective. The UiPath Platform does not necessarily replace existing systems but connects to different systems already in place. It creates a layer on top that reduces the need for human intervention, enabling machines and robots to do most of the work. The time saved due to the UiPath Platform depends on the employee. It reduces the workload for end users whose work is now performed by robots. The saved time can be used for other tasks. When processes have seasonal variance, such as quarterly, monthly, or year-end processing, the transaction volume increases, so workload can be better managed by adjusting digital workers. I rate the UiPath Platform an eight out of ten.

When we were trying to implement UiPath in our environment about four or five years ago, things were totally different than they are today. Many automation solutions didn't exist back then, making it challenging to get familiar with the product and its capabilities initially. Since then, the RPA ecosystem has expanded significantly. Document Understanding wasn't a feature in 2019 or 2020, but now, it is much improved. We haven't really used the communication mining feature. I've checked it a few times, but we usually handle manual interviews with key users. As for task mining, I used it for documentation purposes when creating workflow documentation. It supports generating document templates, which is very useful for us, but we haven't used it for deeper automated workflow steps. I would rate UiPath an eight out of ten.

It was through an internal community that I connected with the organization for which I did the automation, and that is a great advantage. They were looking for people to help create automation. I was curious about UiPath, and I wanted to learn. I raised my hand to build that for them. An external community or a learning community is something that has proven its value by creating synergies between people who do not know and people who already know a little bit, allowing them to get together and grow. In my opinion, RPA solutions are alternatives to digital transformation. Digital transformation is a big project. When you do not have access to those big budgets or the structure to get into new capabilities on an existing system or implement a future system, that is when you go to RPA to supplement the digital transformation. If the use case is not eligible for the big capital investment or the big project investment, you go through the route of RPA. I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten.

I rate UiPath eight out of 10. I enjoy working with it, and it seems to have everything we need. They're adding new features at a reasonable rate while not deprecating old stuff too fast. It's a smooth transition from classic to modern activities.
Besides using UiPath Academy, having expertise in the automation process is crucial because it is not just about setting up automation. Governance becomes critical as automation scales. Planning is essential before starting the process to avoid chaos as automated processes increase. For example, restricting developer access to production is crucial. Overall, I would rate UiPath an eight out of ten because, while it is the best tool regarding resources and integration, pricing is problematic.
I would rate it ten. The developers are very client-focused, always looking for feedback and adding additional value in every version. I was one of the first UiPath MDPs, and it enables a lot of learning opportunities. If you're keen on learning, you can benefit greatly. This tool is accessible with various language options, breaking down communication barriers. Many developers benefit from this, especially since it's free. Fatigue can lead to errors, but automation helps reduce such issues, particularly in financial processes. In terms of digital transformation, UiPath accelerates the process and reduces costs. Overall, I believe UiPath is the best tool available. I rate the overall solution ten out of ten.
My recommendation is to focus on optimization before automation. Decide what to automate and then proceed. Sometimes automation can create more issues. Ensure that the process is clear and structured. It works very well for repetitive processes or tasks done in large volumes. In terms of maintenance, we are teaching the bot to normalize. If the UI interface changes, we need to redo the bot, but that does not happen often. The bot can learn a little bit, and the changes are not much. The maintenance is minimal. I would rate UiPath an eight out of ten.

I give UiPath a seven out of ten. The advice I'd like to give new UiPath users is to first understand their specific use case for UiPath. I've noticed some teams try to adopt UiPath by first figuring out a solution and then trying to retrofit it to their existing problems. Instead, I suggest thoroughly understanding the problem before creating a solution. Many teams see others using UiPath and assume it's a cool new tool they can simply apply to their existing issues. This approach rarely leads to optimal results. You might be able to build a solution, but it won't be the most efficient. For first-time users, I recommend understanding your problem, then exploring UiPath's capabilities to determine the best solution. There are plenty of resources available, like forums and YouTube, to help with the building process. Remember, understand the problem first, then build the solution.

I would rate UiPath seven out of ten. We have 55 UiPath users in our organization. Code maintenance is necessary for UiPath due to the bot's interaction with external applications and websites. The bot must be adjusted accordingly if any of these applications or websites are updated. The primary challenge encountered during UiPath implementation is the disparity between development and production environments. Often, code is developed in a non-production system where access to certain applications, such as a client's portal, is limited. This necessitates dry runs in the non-production environment to ensure the bot functions correctly without making any unintended changes. Once the bot is moved to the production system, multiple controlled tests are required before it can be fully operational. The unavailability of a complete testing environment mirroring production conditions significantly hinders the development and deployment process. I recommend UiPath to any user because it doesn't require a hard-code programmer to be an RPA developer. This makes it easier and more cost-effective to hire resources. Other tools on the market require good programming knowledge, which means you need to hire someone who knows both the tool and a programming language, making resource hiring expensive. Secondly, UiPath uses minimal coding, which makes debugging very easy. UiPath is also adding AI and ML features and upgrading the OCR features regularly.
I would rate UiPath eight out of ten. We currently have around 130 active bots, though, in the past few years, we decommissioned a larger force of 300. We also boast a user base of over 80. The maintenance is handled by UiPath. For a successful RPA implementation, establish a strong framework and conduct a thorough analysis to guarantee the stability of your bots. In the long term, a well-run COE is invaluable. Additionally, explore the range of tools available to enhance your RPA capabilities.

UiPath is a strong contender, earning a rating of nine out of ten. However, its high price tag prevents it from achieving a perfect score. Automated processes require maintenance every three to six months. Additionally, training a robot using hypercapnia elevated CO2 may take three to six months. To ensure successful implementation, we need to identify potential robot failure points and mistakes. We'll simulate these scenarios during training to refine their character responses and behaviors. Following the training period, we'll transition to periodic monitoring. This monitoring will gradually decrease as we analyze data logs and the overall system performance through the central management tool.

I would recommend UiPath to others because it is the most user-friendly. It is also developer-friendly because of the community. It also works across systems. These are the three reasons for recommending it. We run a roadshow across the organization to understand which processes are redundant. We try to understand which part of a process can be automated by using the general RPA automation and only one tool. We also categorize them in terms of what can go under intelligent automation where a certain amount of decision-making is required. Another category is hyper-automation where we try to understand how to include different tools, such as machine learning code, AI code, NLP data set, or data mining set. If we have an existing tool for data mining and process mining, the final steps can be automated. These are three major criteria. For basic automation, we try to assess the type of automation. Is it desktop automation? What kind of resources are required? Do we need an attended automation or an unattended automation? Based on my experience, almost all of them are unattended automation. We then try to pull in the use cases, prioritize them, and start automating. UiPath keeps on enhancing its product. Four years ago, there was no AI Fabric or Automation Hub, and now, we have all those things. They help a lot in delivering the project and having a prototype view for all the projects that are running. Overall, I would rate UiPath an eight out of ten.

UiPath's implementation depends on the process and budgeting. If clients have a good budget, we proceed with UiPath. Otherwise, we suggest some other solutions. Sometimes, we need to minimize the time frame to do the repetitive task. Manually, people take a longer time to process any files. We are automating the processes to streamline them and minimize the team members' costs and efforts. If we have multiple tools involved, we have to put a lot of effort into analyzing them. If we directly go to development without thinking or analyzing, we lose time and effort. That's why it is very important to analyze the tools in depth. If the processes are straightforward, we suggest some improvements, which would be much easier. If multiple applications are involved, it takes a longer time. The complex process also requires some improvement, and based on that, we suggest whether to go ahead with UiPath or not. The solution enables us to implement end-to-end automation for 90% of the processes. End-to-end automation is always important for us because it creates business for us. When we implement UiPath for the client, each client will be satisfied and happy with us, and we can get more business. UiPath's user community is very helpful. We learn about different technologies and aspects when we get involved with the user community. Sometimes, we interact with problems that we have never worked on. We learn about such challenges and their solutions because of the solution's user community. If you are struggling somewhere, you can post the issue on the user community forums and get an immediate response. With UiPath support, we have to wait for 24 hours to get a resolution. We get quick responses in community forums because experts respond to us. Compared to other solutions, UiPath's community forum is much stronger. Most of our resources are first going ahead with UiPath Academy courses. After that, we give training because that is a basic point to start with. We are even onboarding the freshers. We ask them to go through their Academy courses, and after that, we allocate an in-house mentor. It will be much easier for us after they have an outline in their mind regarding the processes they have to go through. Once they finish it, we have an internal assessment and a training team that will assist in complex use cases. The biggest benefit of UiPath Academy is its proper outline and structure in terms of education. Anyone who can follow will at least get 40% to 50% of the learning from there. After that, they will learn a lot based on their practices. They can practice some examples from there if the basic concept is clear. The courses are structured in such a way that even kids can also start with them. The courses in UiPath Academy are well structured and planned. We cannot add the solution's AI functionality for every project. Around 50% of the projects we have done so far are related to AI. AI is helping a lot in terms of AI Center. The AI functionality helps connect with each application and for documenting. The solution’s AI functionality has enabled us to automate more processes overall. Other than licensing costs, the solution reduces the cost of digital transformation. Our complete business depends on UiPath. As a solution-based company, we are automating the processes. We don't have manual resources except the project manager and business analyst to analyze the processes. Our complete business depends on the solution's automation or the AI model. UiPath has freed up employee time for us. We have delivered two projects to a European-based client. UiPath has freed 90% of employee time in one of the processes and 85% in the other. It was a very big logistic company where we implemented UiPath using a Document Understanding to extract all invoices and feed them into the application. Earlier, they used to allocate these tasks to nine resources. Now, one resource can handle everything. We have been expanding into other tools for the last year, but UiPath has been beneficial and has saved us overall costs. We don't have any licenses with us. We just provide the solution. We deploy UiPath on-premises or on the cloud, depending on the end user's requirement. UiPath is usually deployed across multiple locations and departments. Maintenance will be required for UiPath in terms of new functionality during upgrades. I would recommend the solution to other users. We always suggest to every client and whoever reaches out to us not to proceed with UiPath without having proper knowledge. We say this because of the licensing cost and several factors involved. If the processes are just one time, it's not recommended to use them. Overall, the learning is good. If anyone wants to try UiPath, they should first explore smaller processes and then proceed to the bigger ones. Whenever new upgrades are available, sometimes they break the functionality, which we have faced a few times. If you are using version 12, stick with that and disable the updates directly from UiPath. First, try on the smaller instances, then proceed with the bigger ones. Otherwise, some production activity might fail. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I rate UiPath 9 out of 10. When implementing, I recommend sketching out your costs over multiple use cases and comparing them to an alternative solution.
I have not worked extensively with any other tool. My experience with UiPath is good, and I would rate it an eight out of ten. I am satisfied with UiPath.
I would recommend starting with some simple or classic processes, such as reading data from an Excel sheet and a database. You will find it easy. My advice is to not start with something difficult. I would rate UiPath an eight out of ten.

We're an end-user of UiPath. Currently, we aren't using AI technology in our solution. However, I like the idea of it. We'd maybe be able to resolve redundancies with it in the future. It may be on our roadmap in the future. I'd recommend UiPath. It's very accessible. I use a lot of products and this is the best product to give to customers overall. I would rate the solution nine out of ten.

I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten. Previously, we distinguished between Automation Anywhere and UiPath based on their bundled offerings. Automation Anywhere included category two AI capabilities with their RPA solution, while UiPath focused solely on RPA and didn't have much presence in the AI space at the time. Although UiPath could integrate with other AI vendors, this wasn't a significant interest for our clients. Most deployments we completed for our clients were central.

I rate UiPath nine out of 10. It helps to learn a little coding in languages like SQL and Python. You should also take time to learn the platform with hands-on experience, instructor-led training, and online resources. You can start with a foundational UiPath course if you're new to the platform and learn about the fundamentals of RPA processes. Then, you can create a simple automation project to reinforce what you've learned. I also recommend joining the UiPath community and asking questions on the forum. Once you have the basics down, you can try some of the more advanced programs on UiPath Academy.

RPA is the future. Every bank and organization is looking for bots to perform their jobs because bots are more efficient than humans. It is an efficient and easy-to-use tool. If needed, you can get a lot of support through UiPath forums and other resources on the web. We have not used the AI functionality in our automation program, but we plan to use it. Overall, I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten.
I would recommend UiPath to others, and I would give it the best rating. I have used other tools, but UiPath is my preferred tool. I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten.

I give UiPath eight out of ten. The cost brings down the overall rating. Maintenance is required when running UiPath on-premises for the server, OS, and DB. On a bi-weekly and quarterly basis. We also have to implement tools for the firewall. I recommend UiPath for large-scale and multinational organizations because they can afford the licensing costs. Organizations should explore UiPath before embarking on a transformation journey, as transformation requires significantly more cost than automating existing legacy applications. UiPath is flexible and can integrate with all applications.

My advice would be to begin with a small-scale approach and construct your automation incrementally. While it might be tempting to automate an entire process in one go, it's more practical to break it down into smaller components. This way, you can adapt and refine each piece as you go, reducing the risk of issues arising or changes occurring before the entire automation is completed. Overall, I would rate UiPath eight out of ten.
My advice is to encourage exploring the platform, although it might be overwhelming due to its rapidly expanding features. While there may be initial confusion regarding UiPath's focus on AI, recent events have clarified its core message. It empowers users to deliver the models they create, integrating smoothly with enterprise systems. It enhances automation capabilities while incorporating AI elements, ultimately putting you in control of the AI within the platform. I would rate UiPath ten out of ten.

If you are trying to do in-house development, the user experience is much better than any other platform that we have evaluated. It is easy to pick up. The UiPath academy, training, and forums are great. The biggest selling point for me is that you can pick it up as a business user and learn the platform in a matter of days or weeks as opposed to months or years. I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten.
UiPath Platform is appreciated for its user-friendly interface and extensive automation capabilities, offering seamless integration with diverse applications. Its intuitive drag-and-drop functionality enables users to design efficient workflows with minimal technical expertise.

Other people who are thinking about using UiPath Platform should work together with the process team, as it is crucial. This review gives UiPath Platform a rating of 10.
I have given this review a rating of ten out of ten.
My teams have used the vendor's UiPath Academy courses. The biggest benefits I have seen from UiPath include training for new team members and new joiners. UiPath's user community provides significant value to its members. My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to try it, keep learning from the Academy, and keep developing. I would rate this review nine out of ten.
My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to start exploring. It is free, so you can practice a lot and learn it and implement a new project. That will help. I rate this review an eight overall.
I would rate this review an eight out of ten.
My thoughts on UiPath Platform's user community in terms of the value gained by being a part of it are that the forums are really helpful. I frequently search the forums to see if anybody has experienced issues related to what I am working on, and there seems to be a lot of good information out there. My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to do it; it is very good. I would rate this review an eight on a scale of 1 to 10.
I would advise others looking into using UiPath Platform to explore its robust features. I give this review a rating of 8.
With the focus on AI, the next release of UiPath Platform should include a hand-holding guide to show people what it's capable of. Many developers I've talked to who have never used AI in this context will be uncertain about its capabilities. Based on my experience, I rate UiPath Platform seven out of ten.
We are not currently using the generative AI. My advice to organizations considering UiPath Platform is to find a good partner to work with. Having someone with prior knowledge to help is essential, especially in the beginning, as you might feel lost otherwise. I rate UiPath Platform a ten out of ten.
My advice to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is to be prepared to spend some time to understand how it's licensed. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate UiPath Platform overall as eight.
My advice to another organization considering UiPath Platform is to evaluate use cases carefully, figure out the right ones to put on the platform, educate the developers really well, have them take academy classes, or bring in a partner to build the first few. On a scale from one being the worst to ten being the best, I would rate UiPath Platform overall as a nine.
My advice to another organization considering UiPath Platform is to make sure you understand what makes for good automation. Don't try to do something overly complex; don't shoot for the stars, as you might have a really bad experience and waste a lot of money and time. I would rate UiPath Platform as a solid eight or nine out of ten.
I would rate UiPath Platform overall a seven out of ten. There are still many areas for improvement.
My advice to others would be to understand the environment you're looking to deploy it in and ensure you don't over-engineer it. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate UiPath Platform as a nine. While there is always room for improvement, based on the industry leaders I've seen, they're not missing anything that anyone else is doing any better.
My advice to another organization considering UiPath Platform is to understand the feasibility of implementing it, as these are not overnight processes; it requires time and a clear understanding of the value you expect to gain, as targeting some big win projects from the start, since without those, UiPath Platform might not be the best fit for you. I would rate UiPath Platform overall as an eight out of ten.
It has many abilities and tools, connects to numerous systems, and is very universal. It fits our needs completely.
When giving advice to other organizations considering UiPath Platform, I would emphasize that starting POCs is very important. I rate UiPath Platform a nine out of ten.
I would rate UiPath Platform nine out of ten overall.
I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.
I would rate UiPath Platform a nine out of ten.
UiPath is evolving with current trends, particularly in AI, and is now focusing on Agentic AI. The future looks promising for UiPath. Overall, I would rate it a seven out of ten. It is a good product.
As automation software, I would rate UiPath a ten out of ten.
I would rate UiPath seven out of ten based on my current experience. For people from both technical and non-technical backgrounds, it's a great tool due to its easy learning curve. The licensing makes it accessible for learning and development.
I would rate UiPath seven out of ten. I recommend UiPath due to its robust user community, which provides valuable feedback that contributes to the continuous improvement and development of the product with new features.

I recommend using this automation tool based on the specific needs of the industry or organization. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.
I would rate UiPath 8 out of 10. I recommend UiPath to others.
I rate UiPath eight out of 10. My advice for new UiPath users is to complete the training first. Get all the knowledge you need to implement automation before you start working on it.
I would rate UiPath nine out of ten. There are many RPA tools and UiPath is at the top of the list. UiPath requires maintenance for any changes that are made. I recommend reviewing the documentation and completing the UiPath Academy courses before using the solution to automate processes.
I would rate UiPath nine out of ten. We have UiPath deployed in one location. Maintenance is only required when changes are made to the website. I recommend UiPath to others.
I would rate UiPath nine out of ten. I recommend UiPath as the leading RPA technology, considering the current market trends.
Overall, I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten.
