I am not certain how Yext Digital Presence Platform can be improved. I chose eight for my rating because with any tool, there's always things that can be improved; the tool was doing what we needed it to do, but there were some things that could have been a little bit easier to manage, such as the reporting.
The platform can be improved by optimizing the automated AI responses and providing different templates of responses available in the review and reputation management section. Additionally, allowing various integration types would be beneficial. Although Yext Digital Presence Platform has API integrations with 200 publishers, allowing other types of integrations such as those connected through a CDN would enhance functionality. Regarding the user interface, there are no concerns. However, with reporting, it would have been beneficial to have direct integration to Data Studio or other reporting systems where we could grab data and display it in a more friendly, visual way.

I do not have any tips on how Yext Digital Presence Platform can be improved, as I like the way that it is. I do not think there are any improvements needed for Yext Digital Presence Platform.
One thing that could be improved is the real-time updates. Currently, when we send changes to Yext Knowledge Graph, the updates are reflected in the analytics tool with some delay, around thirty minutes to an hour. This lag can be an issue, and having the ability to see real-time updates would be beneficial.
