What is our primary use case?
We are using AceCloud's standard instance to host and run our website, MyRealData.in.
One specific example is that we use AceCloud's standard instance to run our website. It gives us the compute resources we need for the website in one cloud environment. Day-to-day, I don't have to spend much time dealing with the underlying infrastructure, so I can focus more on managing the website and our actual work.
Our main use case is straightforward. We use AceCloud's standard instance for our website hosting and day-to-day operations. We wanted a cloud setup that was simple to manage and reliable for our regular website workload. It has been working well for that purpose and doesn't require much attention from us on a daily basis.
How has it helped my organization?
Overall, the positive impact for us has been having a reliable and cost-effective environment for running our website. It also gives us the flexibility to use the resources we need without investing in our own physical infrastructure. For a business in our position, that helps keep both our hosting costs and day-to-day management under control. We could host our own physical infrastructure, but physical infrastructure requires a team and a space and other infrastructure to manage physical servers. That is why we moved to cloud servers, and AceCloud's services have been good for now.
What is most valuable?
AceCloud provides many cloud services including Cloud GPU, compute, cloud storage, and network security. For us, the most useful feature is the standard instance itself. It gives us the compute resources we need to keep our website running without making the setup complicated. I also appreciate that managing the instance is straightforward. Another thing I value is their customer support. If we need any help with the cloud environment, or we need to upgrade or downgrade our cloud requirements, we can reach out to AceCloud's team instead of having to troubleshoot everything ourselves.
One other thing that stands out for me is the overall simplicity and pricing. I can add that, as we are running our website for Indian customers, the price is very reasonable for Indian customers and suitable for our requirements. Overall, we get the resources we need at a very good price along with accessible support. The combination has worked very well for us.
What needs improvement?
Overall, our experience has been very good for now, but one thing I would like to add is that their dashboard platform could be improved by making it even simpler for users who are not cloud experts. More step-by-step guidance and documentation for common tasks would also be helpful. If there were more guides available for small issues or tasks, we would not need to contact their customer support. We could fix many small issues ourselves as users with proper documentation.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using AceCloud's standard instance for three years now.
How are customer service and support?
My experience with AceCloud support has been good. Whenever we had a question or needed help with our instance, their support team has been responsive and easy to reach. What I appreciate most is that I can speak with someone when I need assistance instead of spending a lot of time trying to figure it out myself. They have provided a live chat option and a live call option. Both are helpful for us, especially since our website is running on their instance.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend first understanding your workload and the amount of compute resources you actually need. For our case, the standard instance has been a very good fit because it is very easy to use, reasonably priced for us as Indian customers, and backed by helpful support. I would also suggest speaking with their team about the right configuration because they provide cloud consultation for free before you choose their cloud infrastructure or if you are moving from another provider. They provide free consultation so you can choose better or the best infrastructure according to your workload.
We use AceCloud as a public cloud deployment for our website, which is hosted on their AceCloud standard instance. AceCloud directly is our cloud provider. Our standard instance is deployed on AceCloud's own cloud infrastructure rather than using other providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for this workload.
I would rate AceCloud overall a nine out of ten.
