PROS

BlueCat Integrity significantly reduces downtime, providing near-zero downtime compared to manual or older services.
It enhances organizational efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration, ensuring correct data center routing and improved team coordination.
The centralized management feature offers real-time visibility and control over the IP address space, DNS, and DHCP.
BlueCat Integrity automates tasks with REST APIs, saves time, and minimizes manual configuration.
Its robust automation and compliance features support scaling and meet compliance standards effectively.

CONS

BlueCat Integrity needs more detailed information for IP address lookups, as it sometimes fails to provide essential host or server details.
The technical support is slow and often does not respond promptly, even with high-priority issues.
Documentation and user guidance could be improved for easier onboarding and understanding.
Configuration can be complex and tedious, particularly with high availability, NTP authentication, and handling of subzones.
BlueCat Integrity's integration capabilities with cloud platforms other than AWS, such as Azure or Google Cloud, should be expanded.
