Great user interface and easy to implement
I like the corporate looking user interface for the audience and very straight forward log-in process too. The user interface of other solutions such as GoToWebinar can be confusing for a less tech-savvy audience. IBM has thoroughly thought through everything and the flexibility to integrate the API to expand the registration gateway allows us to have an extra layer of security. Furthermore, the brand IBM is reputable in the market for its data and network security.

Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

Pros

"IBM as a brand has helped us to get through any hurdle with the client's IT and legal queries, helped us to speed up the security vetting process."
"I like the user interface. There aren't too many buttons that the audience will have to fiddle with."
"I think it's quite an intuitive solution regarding use and I've had pretty good luck with the quality, so it's just an easy place to have a group gathering."
"Ability to record sessions."
"There have been no stability issues or downtimes."
"The desktop application works nicely, and I would recommend the product for other people."
"The product quality is very good."
"The user interface is simple."
"The most valuable feature of Zoom is having the ability to be able to share your screen and chat whilst you're online."
"My advice for anybody who is considering Zoom is that it's okay to start small, however, if you plan to have a large installation and want reliability then Zoom is a good platform to use."

Cons

"They should improve the registration gateway. Currently, you can't do a pre-event registration that's straightforward. You have to do an API to integrate. It would be a lot easier if they had that."
"The voice quality could improve, and there are issues with the background."
"Having easier access to recorded meetings, being able to download them fast, and playing them back would be helpful."
"The pricing of the product could be lowered a bit."
"Zoom could be improved by making it easier to join meetings. It can be a bit confusing because sometimes you need meeting IDs and logins, sometimes you don't."
"Issues such as stability, particularly when many people are involved, may arise due to bandwidth rather than Zoom itself. However, Zoom could benefit from enhancements to manage large participant volumes."
"The main issue with Zoom is its adoption in the business world compared to platforms like Teams."
"Troubleshooting on Zoom can be complicated."
"We would like to have the ability to connect people using phone numbers so that non-Zoom users can join conversations."
