Webex supports our daily communication and collaboration needs, but not extensively, as all support is via our service center.

I would rate its stability as ten.
CTO at Trust-IT Solutions

Room For Improvement

Connecting to Webex can be technical, and it would be beneficial to have a way to connect anonymously using a simple code instead of going through microphone issues.
Web Designer / Developer & Creative Professional at Federal University of Technology Akure
Continued enhancement to the mobile experience would be valuable for users who frequently work while traveling or away from their desk.
Senior Lead DevOps Engineer at Kyndryl

Setup Cost

Microsoft Teams' pricing is flexible and varies widely; it offers economical bundles but can be costly with advanced features.
Webex's pricing is high, with limited free features, and demands competitive rates for smaller businesses, despite bundling benefits.
Microsoft Teams is economical when purchased as part of an Office 365 bundle.
CEO at Planfirma Technologies Private Limited
Microsoft Teams comes with Office 365 licenses like E3, but there are options for those who prefer not to pay for Teams by using alternative products like Slack.
Microsoft Practice Lead at a tech services company with 11-50 employees
Regarding the license, the Microsoft 365 license I am taking is quite expensive, and every year it goes higher.
IT Manager at R K Khanna and Associates
The licensing model doesn't work because if I want to implement it for an organization, I need to pay a per-user license, which makes it very restrictive.
Program Manager at a healthcare company with 5,001-10,000 employees
Since Webex is offered as a cloud-based service, deployment and onboarding were relatively straightforward compared to solutions that require significant on-premises infrastructure.
Senior Lead DevOps Engineer at Kyndryl
Webex is expensive.
CTO at Trust-IT Solutions

CEO at Planfirma Technologies Private Limited
The platform is user-friendly and has positively impacted our communication, allowing us to communicate with people from different countries and cities in real time.
Team Lead at a tech services company with 51-200 employees
The biggest advantage of Microsoft Teams is that it is a combined package where I can do chat, video conferencing, work on spreadsheets, documents, and other things with many people sitting at my desk, which makes work easy, especially with clients who are in remote locations, so it saves a lot of time.
IT Manager at R K Khanna and Associates
It has improved the incident resolution time by getting into a call in Webex rooms and remediating the issues together as soon as possible.
Senior Consultant at a consultancy with 10,001+ employees
The third feature is the AI-powered intelligence that notes down minutes of the meeting, allowing us to concentrate on the content rather than jotting down points.

Collaboration has transformed daily work and supports seamless global voice communication
Microsoft Teams could be improved, especially regarding contact center solutions which have a growing need for omnichannel capabilities, integrating with external platforms such as social media and email for a unified experience. Minor improvements might include reintroducing features such as GPU options available in classic Microsoft Teams to address issues in modern Microsoft Teams related to video meetings and content sharing. Furthermore, essential information such as who started or ended recordings should be more accessible in the Microsoft Teams admin center. I rate it a nine because Microsoft Teams occasionally experiences glitches in the client, leading to missing chat history or other transient issues. The performance issues with the desktop client and the support service complexities contribute to my rating being less than perfect. I have not identified any other improvements needed for Microsoft Teams.

Virtual training has supported collaborative learning and now needs a simpler and clearer interface
Webex can be simplified in terms of user interface, where many features should be displayed in a compact view, with similar features grouped together and a minimalistic design helping users understand what each button does. If specific features are not needed, they should not distract you, and some features should appear as sliding elements for ease of access. Additionally, connecting to Webex can be technical, and it would be beneficial to have a way to connect anonymously using a simple code instead of going through microphone issues.
